While I'm originally from San Diego, I'm unfamiliar with the real estate market other than looking at properties on Zillow. While talking to a childhood friend, she recommended her realtor Erin and gave me her number. It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment at her office next week so she can help me with planning.

It was time for my mom to finally downsize to a home which would be more manageable; square footage to yard maintenance; for someone in their 80's. Therefore, I searched Yelp and after viewing the realtors on Yelp, Erin Wade stood out even before I read her reviews. I called Erin and set up a meet and greet with my mom and husband to discuss options for selling and buying a home in the area. From starting to finish, Erin was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free and successful for my mom who has never had to deal with selling and buying a home for over 30+ years. Erin is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, communication was always clear and timely, and she responded to all texts and/or emails in a timely matter even while out of town for family event. If it just so happened Erin was not available, she assigned someone from her team to cover in her absence. Erin made sure we were kept in the loop on any information about the property my mom was selling and the one she was purchasing. Erin really catered to my mom's needs and to my husband and my expectations during the process. Overall, Erin made us feel we were the only customer even though we know that is not true. We; my mom, husband and I, are grateful to have found Erin Wade and her team to help my mom sell her home and find her forever home. If you are looking for a great, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable Realtor. Erin Wade is that Realtor. I will definitely call Erin Wade when I am in the market to sell my home.

Serri was an absolutely exceptional real estate agent, and we can't recommend her and her partner…read moreGeorge highly enough. We hired Serri to sell our five-acre property with an exceptional panoramic view, our beloved home, and from the very first walkthrough she was extremely professional and thorough. She inspected every bit of the home and grounds and immediately knew how to position it to meet our specific goal: a quick sale, at a strong price, with no lingering on the market and no price reductions. A previous agent had pitched our home as a retirement property, which never sat right with us. Serri saw it exactly as we did, as a family home, and priced and marketed it accordingly. She brought in her own staging team, photographer, and videographer (including drone footage), and recommended a handful of relatively small, inexpensive updates, including a fresh paint job. The return on those modest changes was remarkable. They made a huge difference in how the home showed and clearly helped drive up buyer interest and the final sale price. Serri and George held a single open house that brought in over 100 visitors, and within 48 hours we had two offers above our asking price, from a family with young children and another who was ready to start one. Both could clearly picture themselves living there. Serri and George managed every step of the process with great care and skill. We were also in the middle of an international move at the time, which made everything more stressful, and Serri and George took every worry off our plate. Whether you're buying, selling, or just need solid advice, Serri and George are fantastic, and we recommend them without hesitation.

Neda is the most professional, first class realtor I have ever worked with..hands down!!!…read more Neda and her team deliver results and make dreams come true! We had our house on the market for several months with a different realtor. It was not a good experience. After many months of frustrations, I contacted Neda. She came to our house PREPARED and had done her due diligence on our property prior to our meeting. We walked thru the house and then sat down and reviewed what she picked out "to do" to bring top dollar. She immediately noted lighting need some upgrades. She noted we should paint the exterior a different color. She noted a couple of rooms needed painted. She noted several other items. Mind you this is a custom built 4200 sqft home in an awesome neighborhood. Anyway, we followed her check list and worked with a couple of her contractors to do all the recommended items. We didn't even list the house and she sold it in three days for a very good price! I am not sure why anyone in the North County/Encinitas/Del Mar, Solana Beach etc... area would use anyone other than Neda and her team. They quite simply are THE BEST realtors in the area! I think she could write a book and teach so many other realtors, the proper way to sell homes. Thank you Neda!!

I have done 3 real estate deals with Vincent in the last 5 years and I can honestly say that he puts our interests in mind first and foremost. On both home purchases, he aggressively negotiated us a deal and got the home closed efficiently. On our second home purchase, we ran into issues with the home after we had closed. Vincent, despite the deal being closed, continued to fight for us when he knew there was nothing more to gain personally. This is rare in an agent. But he really shined when he sold our home. His team is methodical and organized. He advertised in just about every relevant publication and website you can think of. He staged the house to perfection. The photos looked incredible. And when all was said and done, we had over 100 visitors at a single weekend open house and 27 competing offers. That's how it's done!
