While I'm originally from San Diego, I'm unfamiliar with the real estate market other than looking at properties on Zillow. While talking to a childhood friend, she recommended her realtor Erin and gave me her number. It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment at her office next week so she can help me with planning.

It was time for my mom to finally downsize to a home which would be more manageable; square footage to yard maintenance; for someone in their 80's. Therefore, I searched Yelp and after viewing the realtors on Yelp, Erin Wade stood out even before I read her reviews. I called Erin and set up a meet and greet with my mom and husband to discuss options for selling and buying a home in the area. From starting to finish, Erin was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free and successful for my mom who has never had to deal with selling and buying a home for over 30+ years. Erin is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, communication was always clear and timely, and she responded to all texts and/or emails in a timely matter even while out of town for family event. If it just so happened Erin was not available, she assigned someone from her team to cover in her absence. Erin made sure we were kept in the loop on any information about the property my mom was selling and the one she was purchasing. Erin really catered to my mom's needs and to my husband and my expectations during the process. Overall, Erin made us feel we were the only customer even though we know that is not true. We; my mom, husband and I, are grateful to have found Erin Wade and her team to help my mom sell her home and find her forever home. If you are looking for a great, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable Realtor. Erin Wade is that Realtor. I will definitely call Erin Wade when I am in the market to sell my home.

As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous and unfamiliar with the process, but from day one, Jessica made everything feel manageable. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, always taking the time to answer our questions thoroughly and without any pressure. Our home search took over 14 months, and throughout that time, Jessica went above and beyond. Since we didn't live locally, she toured homes for us and sent detailed video walkthroughs. Once we made the decision to purchase a new builder home, she attended all the meetings, inspections, and design appointments with us. She consistently caught things we would have missed and made sure we were protected every step of the way. Jessica's local expertise, especially in Temecula, Menifee, Winchester, and Murrieta, was a huge asset. She gave excellent recommendations, stayed on top of every detail, and never once pushed us to make a decision just to close a deal. It's clear she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in doing things the right way. We actually found Jessica through a YouTube video my sister came across, and we're so glad we reached out. She's professional, easy to work with, and someone you can trust to guide you through one of the biggest decisions of your life. If you're buying or selling a home, Jessica is the agent you want in your corner!

Two of our children moved to Southern California and gave us two grandchildren. Not familiar with the SoCal area I turned to YouTube and did a deep dive into Realtor and Travel produced videos. I found that Jessica Genung's videos were level headed, very education and produced with a professional touch (thanks to her husband Chris). We were able to learn about the Temecula Valley Area of California and decided to take a road trip to visit various neighborhoods and to meet with Jessica. She has a fantastic personality, approachable and low key. Not like many of the "Big Personality" Realtors we've met. We also fell in love with the Temecula Valley area! So after our first meeting we hired her and her team, that of course includes Chris. Using the typical online search tools and Jessica's help we found the perfect home. The home was only on its first open house weekend when we saw it, we knew we needed to move fast! Jessica and the team sent an offer the very next day, AND IT WAS ACCEPTED! The entire purchase transaction was handled smoothly and professionally, the advice and recommendations that Jessica provided were based on many, many years of Real Estate experience. Because we had not been in the home buying market for years, we had many questions. Jessica was always prompt in providing us with timely answers. Overall with The Genung Team's help we feel like we've won the home buying lottery!.
