She was very friendly and helpful! Great customer service! I inquired about travel agent service and she made sure to give me all the information that I needed to inquire , both online and in person with a local Travel Agent . After a brief wait , I was called by an agent rep who was named Anika P . who was also very friendly and knowledgeable about all the services. She made me feel very welcome during the visit , from star to finish . The basic membership is still reasonably priced! I've been very disappointed in the Customer Service I've received at various businesses throughout the Natomas Area, however I can say Triple A renewed my confidence that some people and businesses really do care about their customers! There is average customer service, good customer service and then there is AWESOME customer service! I definitely received the latter today! Please give both these ladies a raise ! Pronto :-) .. I'm concerned about trust & quality not price, so I don't talk about cost in this review ;) Monique Ambers & her team (especially Sarah Crabtree) have been outstanding to work with for quite some time. I found Monique online when looking for business insurance (Errors & Omissions Insurance) as well as other insurance & services. The great reviews combined with Monique's bright smile seen in her business photos made me interested in contacting her to see if her services matched my needs. My first visit was near closing (bad habit of mine due to how busy I am) & they accommodated me. I did improve...over time to arrive at a more reasonable time ;) I met both Sarah & Monique for the first time and had a wonderful time, as it was not just business but personable as well with jokes & laughter: D Although I can be a character & outrageous with conversation at times, I was still professional as were they :D I inquired about Business Insurance as an incentive for a big business transaction with another Company who bought out one of my clients (due to the financial success I brought them over several years). It was to show the Company who acquired my client that while doing business with my company & "IF" we caused any errors that caused financial harm, we'd have a sizable amount of money available to pay for damages (I've never caused harm to a business by the way & been in business many years, just had to put that out there...LOL). I also inquired about additional Life insurance policies & other services. I asked many questions & the tag team effort of both Monique & Sarah provided all the answers with emphasis on my needs & not their bottom line :) A trust-worthy trait. After visits and researching what was shared by Monique & Sarah, I made the right choice to do business with them! Monique is intelligent, honest, personable & professional and does not act like a "Used Car Saleswoman"...LOL. Sarah shares the same traits as well :) It's been great getting to know both of these women as we handle business! - I found out Sarah's Mom is a Registered Nurse like mine & more :) - I found out Monique's love of basketball & more :) I had to ask Monique to take a "Selfie" with me during my first visit after seeing Monique's beautiful smile in person, I'm very happy she obliged :D Long story short, I feel Monique's style of business in procuring clients/customers is something like mine: Acquire them by sharing a wealth of knowledge (that can be fact-checked & shown to be accurate), sharing proof of results (she & Sarah shared scenarios with current clients when answering certain questions I asked), professionalism, personable (they're like family you can trust, plus Monique tells me Happy Birthday & Happy Holidays personally each year just like family), great sense of humor & of course...A WINNING BRIGHT SMILE :)

One of their insured drivers ran a red light on…read moreleft hand turn and as I was coming through the light I hit my brakes didn't really matter right she did it at the last moment so I hit her her fault completely her full total disregard for every safeties and rights to enjoy the road safely she was found 100% at fault. The lowball offer was the compensate me for my vehicle which gave me an actual cash value of a thousand bucks but that's just not the case the vehicle itself is worth $4,500 according to Kelley Blue book and that's the median range for that vehicle 2001 Ford f150 4x4 XLT in my eyes it's in good condition they said it was in fair condition just by looking at some pictures claiming that they went and inspected it yet the address they gave me for physical address and where the vehicle is located is 1600 miles away and the vehicle is here in California not in Arkansas. According to California law if there's an accident in California and you're not at fault doesn't matter who's at fault but when doing valuation devaluation or actual cash value or replacement value it has to be done here in this state not the state the vehicle was originally from or where they're from the insurance company is from it has to be done here on the local economic market so I did to Kelley Blue book valuations of it found about 10 comparables to show that their offer is too low so I refused their offer and a week later they still send me a check now for only $500 and telling me I can keep the vehicle I've got my attorney on this but he doesn't seem to be doing much about it and now I am going to not cash that check. I'm going to call the department of insurance here in California and file a complaint and then I'm going to call the Texas department of insurance and file a complaint and then I'm going to call the national department of insurance and file a complaint because not only did they give me a little ball offer they didn't do their evaluation in the state and they lied on the paperwork they gave me stating that they came out visually inspected the vehicle which is totally impossible because the vehicle is here in California not at the address they put down for Arkansas the other thing is they said they found three like vehicles just like mine same year make model trims a little different but that doesn't really matter but the important thing here is each one of those was only $500 two of the vehicles the mileage was within 100 miles of each other which was within about a hundred miles of mine and the third one was about 5,000 miles off now if you look up on Google and ask Google what the odds are of two vehicles being within 100 miles of each other on the odometer it's astronomically totally against it for the most part it's it's a finite number it's plausible but not necessary necessarily impossible but the odds of that happening are Solo and then you add my vehicle to it now it's three vehicles exactly the same mileage the odds are just so astronomically against it you see where I'm going with this personally I think they're committing fraud well when they lie on a report and they get it from somewhere else and they try to submit it that is basically fraud so anyways I'm going to see a punitive damage is going to be brought against them for that and their client I don't I really have no empathy for her she ran a red light intentionally wanting me willfully and deliriously just disregarding everybody's rights and safety and it's caused me undue hardship medical issues now that I didn't have before as well as she lied to police scene I was traveling to the high rate of speed and I was the one that ran the stoplight of course luckily for me there was about a dozen witnesses there and they all contradicted that told the police that she in fact ran the red light intentionally and unfortunately I was going to the intersection at the same time along with everybody else behind me and I happen to be on a hit her but 100% her fault just the mere fact that she lied at the scene of the accident then the police went to follow up with her at the hospital I'm guessing they probably gave her a drug and alcohol test and then they asked you the same thing again what will happen stuck with her story said that I ran the red light that I was traveling at a high rate of speed but you know not only is she a crappy person but she told her son to lie to the police as well cuz he gave him the same story he was traveling at a high rate of speed and ran the red light now honestly and 11 year old kid is not going to say he was traveling at a high rate of speed he would say he w

I have had a great customer service with all of the agents that I had to do business with previously. So this visit, was no different. It actually was more so relieving since I was so stressed out about my policy. I recently had some fraudulent activity occur with another merchant, which was affecting my payment due for my auto/renters policy payment. Sarah, who is my Angel on earth calmed me down was super thorough, answered all my questions and provided detailed information for me regarding my policy. There was a gentleman there. I forgot his name, but he was just as helpful as well! This was my first time having an interaction with both of them, but once again, like I said the customer service in this officeover the years has been impeccable. If I could give that office more than five stars I would.

This office couldn't get anything right, constant headache to call and fix their mistakes. Had to go in a couple times because they wouldn't fix over phone. Reception staff were horrible, absolutely ignorant to all things insurance. Rates would increase every other month and I wouldn't be advised, kept telling me that's normal. Lies. To be fair, Max is pleasant to speak with but always defers you to his staff who are fairly incompetent. I switched to another agent 8yrs ago and haven't had a problem since. I receive all notifications, responses to all inquiries. And every single change is communicated. Example, insurance increased less than $2/per month recently and I got a call to advise me. Claims are paid fast as normal, within days via direct deposit, etc. I love SF. Avoid this agent!

    I have never had such a frustrating experience with an insurance company…read more I called Freeway Insurance simply to change my deductible because my auto loan company notified me that my coverage was considered deficient and I was at risk of being force-placed into an additional $255 insurance policy. What should have been a simple request turned into a nightmare. I was hung up on SIX different times while trying to get assistance. When I originally called to update my policy after trading in my car, I was told I had to cancel my existing policy and start an entirely new one. This resulted in me having to pay an additional $750 just to keep coverage in place, on top of my regular payment that was due only two weeks later. The process and costs were never clearly explained. To make matters worse, I received notices in the mail stating that my policy was missing required vehicle photos. However, when I contacted customer service, they could clearly see that the photos had already been submitted and simply uploaded them to my policy themselves. So why was I being threatened with issues over documents they already had? The lack of communication, repeated disconnections, conflicting information, and overall disorganization caused unnecessary stress and wasted hours of my time. Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind. Instead, dealing with Freeway Insurance has been one of the most aggravating customer service experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend Freeway Insurance based on my experience.

    Allstate supports drivers targeting women on the road!!…read more I was involved in a hit and run. The male driver then proceeded to call me very vulgar names and threatened to hit me again stating he has all day for this stuff. I reached out to the driver's insurance company, Allstate. They gave me a quote for repairs then took it back. They then denied me sending in any proof at all stating, "we will not accept any of your proof". They avoided any type of communication with me. There was not communication to me at all for two years. They would not accept my photos, police report, or video. Finally, years later I tried again. I got the Dept of Insurance (DOI) involved. They ignored correspondence and their obligations from DOI. I also sought out my insurance company to help. Allstate ignored my insurance company's calls and correspondence as well. I was finally able to send in my video. Allstate is now saying, my police report was over the counter signed by an officer and was not completed by an officer who showed up on the scene to take the report; therefore, it's not a legitimate report. This goes against CA Vehicle Code 20002 and 20008 support this and CA Code of Reg Title 10, 2695.7(d). I'm guessing Allstate was expecting me to stay on the freeway in the far left lane (no safety shoulder zone available) vs get to safety as the law permits. Allstate is also denying my video clearly showing the driver being vulgar towards me. Allstate is claiming that they will not accept liability due to the actual crash not being caught on camera, however the aftermath caught on camera clearly shows what occurred and an insurance company requiring video of the actual collision is not a required piece especially when other evidence available supports the claim of the driver at loss. This law also supports an insurance company not denying a driver due the no video footage or the actual collision not caught on camera. Allstate is aware I was a women driving alone on the road and their driver targeted me. With enough proof Allstate is still choosing to support their driver who targeted and bullied a woman alone on the road. The driver was very confident and I'm sure this isn't the first or last time. Allstate's bad faith and lack of care is concerning. Drivers, especially women, need to be careful if looking to do business with Allstate.

I've never had to call on their services as a result of an incident (thankfully) but in every respect I've worked with them they've been nothing short of professional. (They recently changed their name from Legoullon to True Blue, btw)
