Hot yoga has been the perfect medium for me to work out and feel comfortable doing so. For me, it's fun but I also get a work out in! The instructors are always so helpful and they are always willing to let you continue to practice even when class is finished. The owner of the studio is the sweetest and they are extremely welcoming! The west studio offers a free class in the morning every Friday and your first two visits to either studio is free! I promise anyone after their first two visits they will want to go again, it's worth the try! They always provide complimentary water and have hand towels for when you sweat in class. At the end of class they give you a nice cold towel infused with essential oils to cool your body. The perfect way to end a class! They also have mats and towels to rent at a cheap price if you don't have your own.

Upon arrival Traci was very friendly, welcoming and showed me around the studio. Traci's instruction was top-notch; her guidance through the flow was seamless, and her feedback and corrections were incredibly helpful. Plus, the 80s playlist added an extra burst of energy to the session. She offered challenges, I never knew I could hold a headstand for 52 seconds! I was always looking forward to coming to class, we always had such interesting discussions. You will get first-hand experience leading classes, and get a little taste of the wide variety of branches of yoga there are out there. You will learn about yoga as medicine, and all the health benefits associated with it, as well as touching on yoga's sister science, Ayurveda. But most importantly, you will learn so much about yourself as you begin your own journey of self-discovery, which will inevitably happen!
