I had gestational diabetes and although she was "real" with me with regards to the risks I could pose if I didn't eat right to keep the baby healthy, she did it in a way that empowered me as a mom to have a safe delivery and healthy baby. I just recently found out (today actually) that A Women's Clinic at Evergreen) is no longer in practice and Dr. Partida has retired. We were hoping to have her deliver our future 2nd child, but hope that she is having a great time in retirement! Dr. Partida, thank you for bringing our beautiful baby into the world. Did not wear a mask and got Covid. Gave it to the woman who watched her dog over the weekend. Then, I caught it from the dog watcher. Cindy has had Covid several time. It isn't the first time Cindy has done sketchy things. She has had the same neighbor watch her Thursday and Friday patient. While Cindy takes a 4 day weekend and still gets paid. Then doesn't pay the neighbor that isn't trained in home care for doing her job. This has happened several times. It is against the law to get paid for a job you did not do. It is called fraud. This company is is corrupt and dangerous.

I had gotten PT on the East Coast, and it mainly involved 5 minutes of them doing some half-hearted manipulation and then making me do reps on some machines. Karen went WAY beyond. I am an aging jock, and had a chronic injury that had resulted from a chronically tight hip. In a few sessions she has gotten my hip moving in ways it hasn't in more than a decade. And the range of motion just keeps improving. I love that she spends the whole hour with me, is very personable, and just a nice person, along with being very knowledgeable and skilled. I requested my medical records and X-ray impressions (not the actual films) about 2 weeks ago and…read morestill have not received them. I was told they would be ready a week ago. I asked the receptionist to mail them to me and bill me for any charges for postage or for the copies themselves which I would be happy to pay for (if that is an issue). I have not heard or received anything. I have contacted them several times regarding the delay on providing me access to my medical records which I am entitled to review and maintain myself by law before I have to take further action. I like to maintain all of my records at home and of course read them no matter what kind of doctor I am seeing. If I am paying for it, I believe I am entitled to know every detail of my medical health. I thought this was common but I guess not since Dr. Door and his office found it very strange and suspicious in nature when I made this request. Which makes me very suspicious that they are so reluctant to provide the information or that they find it strange when I request it. I will no longer be seeking service at this office due to the treatment I received by two individuals in that office after I "missed an appointment". What actually happened is, I had an appointment at 2pm which the Doctor did not show up for. The representative said she tried to call me to tell me but I had no missed calls or voice mails. Once I showed up on time at 2pm he told me that the Doctor was not there and asked if I could come back around 3pm instead. I got really busy and couldn't make it and didn't have the office number (which by the way does not seem to be working today) on hand to call and let them know. What is interesting: even though I did not receive the cancellation call the receptionist alleged to make, I sure received a call confirming my next appointment. When I came in for my next appointment, I was verbally chastised by a shrewd lady with shorter hair for missing my last appointment. Then she continues to talk about me to the other representative (like I chronically miss appointments) as if I am not even sitting there listening to her when she had no knowledge of the situation in the first place. The other regular representative was somewhat cordial. I felt I was treated differently in a negative way specifically on that visit by the Doctor and his staff than I have had been treated on any other previous appointment. I was also told that I would not have a co-pay for my first visit but I sure received a bill in the mail.

I did not have a regular chiropractor so I started at the top of the page - CHIROPRACTORS in the phone book and worked my way to the end. I left my name and number on several answering machines, realizing that most would not come in to their office until Monday, and I might have to go to emergency for treatment. About an hour after leaving numerous messages, I received a call and it was DR. DOOR. He had checked his voice mails and received my message. Even though he was off for the holiday weekend, he met me at his office. I could barely walk but after Dr. Door's adjustment, I felt so much better and was able to walk out of the office standing up straight. What really impressed me was the caring attitude of Dr. Door. He did not know me but he took the time from his holiday weekend to meet me at his office. My entire family sees Dr. Door along with our friends. If you need a chiropractor, call Dr. Door, you will not be disappointed

I was told I would have an appointment with a psychiatrist and then in a few weeks they would have there testing center in Tukwila reach out for a computerized test. Met with the psychiatrist who was fine but not great, a little cold. She tells me they'll reach out in two weeks. Email after a month, no response. Call after another week and I'm told they have no idea when testing is available. No time frame! Weeks? Not sure, months? Not sure, a year? I don't think it will be a year they say. So when? Not sure. So I'm out $130 for an appointment that could have been a questionnaire with less judgement. Literally I was asked why do you think you have ADHD, family history, and the rest were scales for depression, anxiety, and symptoms related to ADHD. This to me is unethical to advertise and take on patients that you can assess and treat ADHD all the while having no idea when testing is actually going to be available! Tasks are hard for people suffering with depression, anxiety, and probable ADHD. So this just helps pile on to all all that.
