I remember Dr. Hayes from her last place of business. If you're injured, don't go to her for help. She won't help you, she'll just send you out to have surgery that will destroy whatever chance of recovery you may have. I said no to surgery, and I recovered. Sure it was difficult, and very exhausting, but I did it without her, and against her advice. If you're looking for someone to help you heal, and you haven't had surgery, you're better off working with a chiropractor then with Cheryl Hayes. Especially if you weight more then she does at a mere 104 pounds. How are you going to adjust my back without leverage? Run across the room and jump on me? Which is how she kept trying to do it... *sigh* Got a chiropractor, worked out, got better. You can do it to, without this quack. read more

I've been going to Dr. Hayes for 6 years. If you want a doctor that does not take the time to listen or get to know her patients, her office is NOT for you. However, if you want a doctor that actually takes the time to get to know you and understand you, she is for you. I've been athlete my whole life and am struggling with some old body parts. I had a Dr tell me the only way to deal with it was to quit playing soccer. I left his office and was referred to hers. Her response was, "I can tell you have a drive to play, let's see what we can do to keep you on the field comfortably." Doctor Hayes understands athletes and our drive to play. She is hard to get an appt with, but her PA Patrick Czaplicki is just as wonderful & you can get in with him in a couple days. When I walk into her office I'm treated like family not just another patient, by all of the staff. I have recommended her to all my friends and family and will continue to do so. read more

Personally I have had a Great experience with Dr.Hayes as well as Patrick. Both are Great people the people on here crying about how mean she is, sounds like they didn't get their pain meds they were searching for. The not returning calls yes but they are transitioning from one to another. I do understand the frustration. Been a patient of hers since like 2006 everyone is awesome seriously!! Are they open or not? I received a letter that they would be joining Valley Medical Center as of July 11, 2016. I have called repeatedly to try to get an appointment with Dr. Hayes. My call is always dropped to voice mail. I have left several (more than 5) messages but have not received one call back. I guess I need to go elsewhere. read more

The Worst!!! Worst customer service I have ever had, we have been trying to get in there to get a knee injection and its been a couple of months, voicemails never get returned, no one is ever available, confusion at its worst. Not sure why they ever offer pain management when they can't even manage their clinic neither to say relief from my pain. Save yourself a lot of time, upset and go somewhere else to get your pain issues resolved. Walk away! read more

Save your time, energy, and insurance! I wouldn't go to this doctor to take a splinter out of my finger... I seen this crazy Heffer for 2 years as my worker's compensation doctor, she acts nice in your face like she's really helping you and concerned, all the while siding with your claim manager, even had a second opinion done by CAPEN an independent medical group who decided my ACL and medial meniscus needed surgery, but Cheryl Hayes did not agree with this, and my complaints of knee giving out on me, knee buckling causing me falls, and CAPENs exams were not enough evidence in her medical opinion. Even my Physical Therapist was worried about the mechanics of my walking and my leg not extending completely. This lab jacket wearing dog, kept me as a patient for 2 years being pressured by my claim manager to close the claim sending letters to Cheryl Hayes EVERY MONTH saying "it's time to resolve this claim for closure", but she never filled out the request. Deep down I knew Cheryl Hayes knew something serious was going on in my knee, that's why she waited for my 6 months of retraining to be over to abruptly close my claim, and then had me blocked from seeing other doctors, when I would try to see another orthopaedic surgeon, they would call her office to get my medical records, and she would say something to them along the lines of She's having "pain behavior", I've already treated her as fixed and stable.... So a lot of doctors dismissed my complaints as nothing, even with the visual signs of swelling, clicking and popping when they would do the little exams. So ultimately my claim was closed with a pdd award rating of 2% and some retraining I couldn't even use because I was still injured not able to stand, walk properly or long distances, and depending on a cane for mobility... So there I was left untreated, no doctors would take me as a patient after interaction with Cheryl Hayes office. So fast forward from claim closure in 2006 and battling with labor and industry for 4/5 years trying to get my claim reopened. So I finally get my own health insurance, found a Top 10 Doctor at the UW medical center went through his protocol he sent L&I a letter to reopen my claim, which they denied because they thought it was an over 7 years claim, which it wasn't... So I have my surgery with the best Orthopaedic Surgeon Doctor Hsu of Seattle UW in 2012, where Dr. Hsu found elongated ACL from years of buckling, and giving out and a re-tear of medial meniscus all ignored by Special Ed Cheryl Hayes d.o...d.o... From 2004 when she bacame my doctor, until 2006 when she closed my claim. This woman is heartless, I made the mistake of trusting this being who ultimately was going to leave me handicapped while smiling in my face, and actually another of her ex-patients is seeing the same Doctor as me now, Just terrible how he was treated by this monster Cheryl Hayes, and our new Doctor suggested we get her with a medical malpractice... Which too many years have passed for me, even though we made discovery in 2012 that she neglected to address my complaints as her patient, but I so hope someone gets this awful being... Bottom line Cheryl Hayes needs a new career because she plays God with people's lives.... Be careful she's an arrogant SOB! And if she does become your doctor, keep copies of your medical records. I did, which got my claim reopened on 4/8/14, because she is not a very smart doctor a lot of my medical reports written by her contradicted themselves making her "pain behavior" theory of me no match to the MRI, The 2012 surgery I paid for, and CAPEN independent exam. I was in a pretty violent car collision 1 yr ago. I've been in extreme pain since then..my back and hip. I was rear ended at a stop light by a mini van doing 40mph who never hit their brakes! I completed 2 rounds of physical therapy, massage therapy, seen various Dr's, exhausted my auto/pip insurance and was still nowhere near better. My back would "pop" from time to time and I'd wind up looking like a number 7 for 1-2 weeks, during which I could do next to nothing. Even breathing would hurt!!! My 1st visit with Dr Hayes she immediately saw numerous injuries..rt leg shorter, rt side of hip rotated forward, spasms under shoulder blades and even identified a 20+ yr old sports injury! Dr Hayes did a couple adjustments, pulled my leg out of my hip socket, and gave me a brace specific for my hip to stop it from rotating forward. I walked out of her office with almost no pain! I felt like I could go play any sport, hike, jump, run etc. I had not been able to do simple cardio for more than a few min without pain and or fatigue. One day after seeing Dr Hayes I was up to 30 cardio. By my 2nd visit one week later I was up to 60 min cardio daily with no symptoms! I was in so much pain I was convinced it was a fracture or tumor on/in my hip/back bone but boy am I glad I was soooo wrong! My only complaint is that I didn't find out about Dr Hayes sooner! read more
