I immediately felt welcome at my assment when Dr. Nathalie greeted me and asked her assistant to hold my baby - so helpful and kind! We came up with a plan for care, and after two months of treatment I have noticed an absolutely amazing decrease in pain. I am sleeping better, and have more energy. Dr. Nathalie is exceptional at her job, and I love listening to her #HackYourHealth podcast while waiting. I had chronic thoracic pain, a throbbing that was constant, for about a year and a half. I have tried many months of massage therapy but the pain would always return, so it was clearly something more than just muscle pain. Dr. Pomerleau was very attentive to my concerns and my needs. She used manual manipulation, massage, and a spinal Activator to help me during my visit. I have had 3 massages with Jessica and have been extremely happy with the service every time. For an extra charge you can have lavender added to the massage lotion and I love leaving with the delicate smell of lavender. I have purchased the eyebrow package and Alex is the aesthetician that I have booked with. Alex is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would recommend her to my closest friends. I have a facial booked with her next month and I can't wait! The spa is clean, beautifully decorated, they have tea in the waiting room for before and after your appointment and the front desk staff are friendly with excellent customer service. They call you in advance of your appointment and I also get email reminders. For the massages I have had to book them one month in advance and during the December it was difficult to get an appointment but now I know to book sooner. They have membership options but I have purchased the 6 massage package and the 5 eyebrow waxing package and I find the prices to be reasonable. (Mind you, I've only ever been to two in Orleans.)…read more I have completely flat feet and my right foot started to bother me to the point where I stopped going to the gym completely or doing anything active. I had been putting up with the foot pain for over a year before getting it looked at. My doctor ruled out a fracture with an X-ray and recommended physio. The first one I went to, they tried to tell me my chronic foot pain was because of plantar fasciitis. I didn't think it was, so I googled it and it didn't seem to be where my pain was, so I asked my orthotics person for a referral. He recommended Renée at Moveo. Renée was fantastic. She was very methodical in her analysis and said the problem wasn't plantar fasciitis, but actually an inflamed tendon. When I started with Moveo, the pain was a 9 and I was constantly limping in the morning. Now, the pain is down to 0-3 and that's with me now back to working out daily. Because of scheduling, I've seen Renée, Claire, and Andrea. All are fantastic. Highly recommend.
