    I called Bowman Medical and the woman I spoke to was patient, professional and proficient. She was…read moreso kind to me that I was overwhelmed. When I looked at other insurance approved providers they all were rated one star and had very negative comments so I readied myself to potentially deal with red tape and unpleasant people. Bowman was the exception. They had good ratings and nice comments. When I called I found out why. The lady at Bowman was so kind and caring. She made sure I got what I needed. When the delivery men showed up right on time they were jovial, professional and couldn't do enough to please me in placing the unit. The bed itself was new or indistinguishable from new and functioned perfectly. They demonstrated it and answered all my wife's questions and were not hurried or unpleasant. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I have the need.

Ok, so they tell me they contacted the Doctor...... After two weeks or so I called to ask where the supplies were. Well, it seems they faxed the Doctor's office and they didn't get a response so no supplies. i asked if they intended to contact them again. "Nope, not my job" I was told. "You have to call them" When were they going to tell me this? Not sure they were. The guy who's name I wished I had gotten hung up while I was in med sentence, very unprofessional at the very least. He made clear he was not going the do anything else to move this along. It was my job. Glad he let me know because if I had not called I would have never known. This is not the first time this has happen. About a year ago I had a prescription issue......very rude.

    This has got to be the WORST PHARMACY I have ever been too. How in gods name can it take 8 to 10…read morehours to fill a prescription. Its not a once in a while thing either. The PHARMACIST is totally rude and doesnt care if you get your meds or not. She also doesnt care if you have things to do for yourself. I actually saw on my app that my prescription was being prepared at 1am in the morning . I called to find out when I could pick it up and was told 5pm it will be ready . When I questioned why it takes from 1am to 5 pm to fill a prescription I was hung up on. Apparently FLU SHOTS are more important than filling. prescriptions. The pharmacy team at CROSS KEYS CVS are so rude and mean they think they can do and say whatever they want. I called CVS corporate offices and told them how I was treated, and go figure my script was filled at 10am. The pharmacist then questioned why I called Corporate abd I tokd her You people hung up on me and I still cant comprehend why it take 8 to 10 hours to fill a script. Thus woman pharmacist thinks she is in her right to give FLU SHOTS and disregard prescriptions. Now I can see up to 2 hours to fill a script that should take 15 mins. Not 8 to 10 hours or even more. The nerve and total disrespect for their customers is beyond belief. They could care less if you have a schedule or things to do. They could care less about you. DO NOT GOT TO CVS IN DOYLESTOWN PA AT THE CROSS KEYS SHOPPING CENTER

    Customer service for seniors citizens…read more I get my prescriptions from CVS in Glassboro on Buck road. They of course sell other items. I buy my water from them. It is in a 24 bottle pkg. I am an older woman. I find it difficult to lift these. Most of the time an employee will load it into my cart and then put it in my car for me. They have complained about it. I was told that they weren't "that" kind of store. No carry out services. I continued to get my water there and sometimes it was pleasant other times not so much. On a recent trip there I asked about the water and was immediately told that they don't carry it out any longer. I then asked if it was corporate or store policy. It's my managers policy. I said hmmm. I hadn't bought any today. This doesn't seem like a way to run a business that deals with seniors. I plan to notify corporate myself as I have had no problems at other CVS stores. Just wondering if it's just me or are they doing this to everyone? Thanks

    CVS pharmacy will not answer phone calls, so you can't stop in to pick up a prescription without…read morewaiting around for a return call. When you get there, you have to enter your name and information on a touchscreen keyboard, because they will not speak to you in the pharmacy until you have done so. The customer experience gets more and more tedious, the employees are annoyed that you don't want to do all the logging in, and the prices are higher almost every week. From a fun experience, CVS has become more and more of a drag.
