Great cigar lounge with all the National brands, knowledgeable staff, and a variety of seating options. This is likely the best lounge you will find in Pensacola. Spacious, well stocked humidor. Beverage cooler behind bar seating with a good selection of beer, waters, and energy drinks. Drip coffee is usually available as well. Multiple indoor rooms, enclosed outdoor patio, and a small conference table for the work minded. TVs in every room. This shop is 2 minutes from Cordova mall and a number of good restaurants! read more

I love this lounge and B&M. The staff are very knowledgeable and the prices are fair. The cigar inventory is top notch and if you are looking for some gems they definitely have some! They have a decent selection of pipe tobacco if you are looking for that as well. The atmosphere is pretty laid back and the patrons who go tend to be very friendly. Highly recommend stopping by if looking for a great cigar or have other premium tobacco needs! read more

This has become my go to spot! The staff is welcoming and will help you find a cigar for your pallet. There are large areas to smoke, some lounge focused and others more office focused. They have events, raffles, and a great community. This should be your go to shop if stopping by for a cigar! read more

Needed a couple of cigars to celebrate, not a cigar smoker, but popped in and helped out quickly and thoughtfully. Friendly and not cigar snobby, asked some questions, made a couple of suggestions and I was off to celebrate the occasion. Thanks for your kind and friendly service. read more

A vast selection of cigars. They don't carry brandy or cognac, but there is a delightful substitute. I'll be going back definitely.

Still the premier cigar shop in this town after all these years. Large diversity of peeps and always a good time.

Great cigar shop with good selection and friendly staff. I moved to Pensacola six months ago and buy all my cigars here. You can smoke one in the shop if you like. read more

Best selection and prices hands down. I came here and bought one of the biggest cigars I've ever smoked in my entire life for no more than 6 bucks. Fine tobacco. Shit was thick like a torpedo. read more

Nice shop. Surprised at the size of the humidor and the VERY nice selection. Staff is helpful and friendly. I was excited to see the are a White Label store. Picked out a small handful of Late Hour toros. Great public area with comfy seats and ashtrays in abundance. I'll be back! read more

Great cigar lounge and wonderful selection available. Incredibly hospitable staff and patrons!

This place has a lot more selection of cigars than Cigar Factory on Palafox. It has a whole display case/humidor of Davidoff. It doesn't have the luxurious feel to it. Instead, it has several smaller rooms which you have privacy of chilling with your friends or having your own tv to watch. It also has outside seating to chill outside. read more

This place could easily be my second home! I know every time I am in Pensacola I will be spending some evening here. The selections is great, the service is great. The staff will bend over backwards to help you out. I really cannot say enough great things about this place. Kudos to Robbie - you have hit a home run! read more

Absolute best place for cigars in town, and out of town, for that matter. Seriously, if you don't stay in Pensacola, and you enjoy a quality smoke, make the drive out here as often as you possibly can. Talk to Trip, because he really knows his product, and knows it well. Very cool vibe; either sit in silent bliss and smoke, or chat it up with the fantastic crowd here. Everyone is so personable here, and after a few months now, I've built up a rapport that has yet to be surpassed by any other business I've come in contact with. I'm at the point now where I can just walk in and Trip knows exactly what to show me and what I'm looking for, and who knows, maybe he can do the for you, so come on by! read more

If you DON'T like great, knowledgeable staff, a good selection of cigars, a nice beer selection with a little wine on the side, cushy chairs to relax in, big televisions and a game room as well, don't go here. The people are wonderful and so is the atmosphere. Ryan is very knowledgeable, Tom and Jerry are very pleasant to speak with, and Wyatt is very smart and fun to talk with as well and if you like to talk about sandwiches, he's your guy. All just good people. Go down and have a smoke, it's a good brick and mortar. read more

So yeah, there was a rough spell with low inventory. Good news though, the shop is under new ownership and the shelves are in good shape and getting even better. Stop in and check out the progress! read more

I walked in to the store and a young guy working there followed me into the humidor and asked me what flavor profile I was looking for, and not being a cigar aficionado, I just briefly explained what kind of cigar I was looking for (mild, smooth, connecticut tobacco), and his response was, "Well clearly you don't know anything about cigars." So I told him to forget it and I just picked a couple that I hadn't tried before. When I went to go check out, he called me "little buddy" and asked if I wanted my cigar cut and proceeded to cut it while still in the plastic. Perhaps the worst customer service I've ever received at any type of business. read more

My favorite cigar shop in the SouthEast. Nice selection, well kept humidor, the most welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly staff.
