A storied family-owned winery since 1340 (now in the 20th generation!).
We tasted Arneis 2016 (light and refreshing), 2016 Barbera d'alba (smooth and round), 2014 barbera superiore (delicious-so very drinkable vet still room for more age), and a 2013 Barolo monfalletto (still Tanic and young) and as a special treat a sweet Barolo Chinato (digestif)-something we've not had before.
This tasting room is in the most beautiful part of the valley with amazing views. We had a nice tour and enjoyed tasting the wines. The space itself is somewhat reminiscent of the big Napa brands and the wines of this winery are in good distribution in the us.
