How much they have changed in the years since I wrote my original review…read more Back then I used to give them the benefit of the doubt for the long wait times, unorganization and I even drove all the way down to their office to continue to do my taxes there, even though I moved almost an hour away. This year I had my taxes audited and reached out to Eddie for advice on what I needed to send the IRS. He took forever to reply - regardless of my multiple calls and emails. He finally replied with a half-assed response. I sent my items to the IRS. They came back with more questions - and a very large sum of money that I had to pay. Again, I reached out to Eddie. It's been about two weeks - and still haven't heard from him. His office told me I'd hear back the next day. I've called and emailed. No reply. The bigger issue is that he and his office have mislead me on things I was able to write off on my taxes. They told me clothing was fine. The IRS clarified what clothing was acceptable. This is all leading to me having to pay a sum, including late fees and interest. I will obviously never go to this office again - and hope noone that went here because of my recommendation has been mislead.

I hired Chandler Financial, Inc. to handle our taxes from 2019 through 2024. Year after year, I had…read moreto catch and correct errors myself -- including one instance where my spouse's tax refund was negligently deposited into the wrong account. But the 2023 and 2024 tax years take the prize for costly missteps. Despite holding a CPA license, Dominique repeatedly advised us to file under incorrect statuses -- including "Head of Household" -- based on my extended military deployments. She also failed to identify a lawful qualifying dependent for that filing status, which she later admitted was inapplicable. These errors have now triggered IRS issues we are still dealing with. Even worse, although she acknowledged the filing mistakes in writing, she refuses to issue a refund for her services. A CPA is legally and ethically bound to uphold tax law -- not submit inaccurate returns just to appease a client. She also misled us into believing that filing separately and filing late would not be an issue -- both of which have led to problems. I've now spent months cleaning up her preventable errors, and the matter is still unresolved. Military families and anyone with complex tax needs: steer clear. You deserve integrity, accuracy, and professionalism -- none of which you'll find here. -- U.S. Military Veteran & Former Client
