Not worth any value since the father died son took it over…read moreand very scatterbrained. I had four family served at this home when the old man was in charge he was prompt on everything. Mark made me wait almost a year to the month for an invoice and held me up on the banks and all others needs of an invoice. Called every week contacted the state business department and nothing. My opinion is go somewhere else especially if you live out of state as I do.

I've called 6 separate times on different days in the last two weeks, for information on a deceased…read morefamily member; I was only able to reach Kopicki's answering service, who assured me that the owners would get my message. I left all the information asked by the answering service: my name and phone number and home address and relationship to the deceased and the purpose of the call, etc, with the request for a call back. I even made a 400 mile trip there to try to get to see the owners of the funeral home, but there was nobody there at the time. I have yet to receive a call back from Kopicki's. I consider this service poor at best and totally inappropriate, and if their usual response is anything like what i have received, then I would not consider them for anything related to their services. I would rate their service to me as being extremely poor, and would suggest others to go elsewhere for their needed services. PS: I would not even give them a single star rating, as their service is that bad, but its the lowest I could give them.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I am a military spouse that was stationed overseas and wasn't able to return…read morefor my fathers passing. They released his body AND the diamond necklaces made to a person not LEGALLY allowed to sign them out (not even a family member) and told me it's not his problem and I'm going to be blocked if I called again. I now have to get lawyers involved. Such a shame such an AWFUL man is in charge of peoples last wishes. I am heartbroken. Shame on you, sir! You are a HEARTLESS man that has ZERO business in this industry!!

I really needed to write a review for this Funeral Home. Over the years many of my family members…read morehave been buried through Yeosock's and my family have never had any problems...Until my 98 year old aunt died and we of course went to Yeosock.. Pat is related to my family and we were assured that they loved Aunt J. and would take the very best of care of her. We met with Mike and everything was set up for a bit of a family gathering { in the church} and then she would be cremated and buried at a future date because of the weather. There was a burial insurance account with Yeocock and we wanted to be sure there would be enough money left after the burial to cover a kneeler on the family plot or to have her name engraved on the family headstone, we were assured that there would be aprox. $700.00 left for those plans. In the following year we kept calling and e-mailing to get an accounting and to set a burial date. Most of the time there was no answer to phone calls or messages left and never a response to an e-mail. I was fed up and I called a member of the association that represents funeral homes and directors and poured out my story...FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE OF PA....that was the recommendation. I did.. I never was suggesting a criminal activity but I was suggesting the director, Michael Yeosock was no longer able to perform his duties and that his son that should have had his back and resolved our problems was no where to be found. The state ordered Mr. Yeosock to appear before a board for a hearing and suddenly he reached out to us and we set up a date for my Aunt J. to be buried in the family plot with her parents. After 1 1/2 years the family gathered for the burial and Mr. Yeosock was there although he never got out of the car. My cousin met with him, in the car, and he finally gave her the accounting.....Very strange the fact that to the very last penny THE COST AND INSURANCE BALANCED...totally.....While they met he asked her if "now that things were settled would I please call the state and tell them everything ok. I DID NOT TELL THEM EVERYTHING WAS OK. There was something wrong but we decided to just leave it up to the state. Several months later my cousin {the executress of my aunts will} received a check for aprox. $500. better than nothing but not the accounting he had told us in the beginning. Now we can make plans to have her name added to her family plot. Sad story of what was once a great business seemingly not knowing when to close the door and retire?
