I live alone and owe them. I live off of social security. I'm sick with a progressive disease, and it just doesn't feel right that this business that makes more than enough money does this. I had plumbing work done previously where the wall had to be opened up to fix the leak. Maybe I am just stupid, but I thought they would repair the wall. NO! They would not. The night before the service was scheduled they still hadn't assigned a person to do the work. I had a 2 hour drive to the property, so I suggested we just continue looking for someone and postpone the service until they could find someone. They wanted to charge me a 50% fee to cancel- because they hadn't found anyone. They assured me they would have someone but they were having trouble getting someone with 2 trucks. I drove to the house the next day- the service window was from 9 to noon. I called multiple times, no one assigned on the website and no one showed up. They wanted to extend the service time to 8 pm. And when I again said lets just look for another day they wanted to charge me a 100% fee for cancelling- CANCELLING WHAT? So they found someone to do it the next day. I drove back and a guy shows up with just himself and 1 truck. He showed me a couple of pictures of what he was suppose to pick up. It was only a small percentage of what I had shown pictures of and what I had discussed that needed to be picked up. I assisted him in the clean out of as much as we could get in one truck and I hired someone else to finish the job.
