During my intake appointment Dr. Rulli asked probing questions about an injury, fitness level and medical history. Additionally, we discussed my daytime posture and, surprisingly, my mattress and pillows. (Kids, this is important.) The adjustment table begins with the patient in a standing position. You're slowly lowered and raised at the end of the appointment. (Helpful in preventing a head-rush.) I've seen all ages treated here. From high school students to the geriatric set. During Dr. Rulli's twenty-seven plus (!) years of practice he has developed specialized knowledge for a wide range of physical ailments. After calling multiple doctors, Dr. Gibson was the only one willing to take me in as a new patient on such short notice. He was able to accommodate me and did something I wish most offices did, which was direct me to his website to fill out the new patient forms before going in. I love efficiency, and from past experiences, most doctors office's are not efficient. Unfortunately, my printer ran out of black ink before I could finish printing all the forms, so I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early. I entered the office and was greeted by Dr. Gibson professionally and courteously. I explained to him my printer situation, and he gave me the forms that I needed. I handed him the completed forms, and he invited me into the patient's room. In the room, he asked if he could evaluate me and I accepted. His evaluations involved some minor stretches and strength exercises. After performing the evaluation, I knew he was already better than the chiropractor I visit in Houston. I could tell he loves what he does by the way he got excited as he informed me of what my muscles were doing as I moved in specific directions. When you find a doctor like this, you want to keep them. I never felt rushed throughout the visit and he displayed some of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced. At the end of the visit, he mentioned having a contact in Houston who might be able to give me a chiropractor recommendation in the coming days. If you're an athlete and have sports-related pain this is the doctor you want to see. Don't be fooled by other chiropractors who specialize in older patients/accident cases.
