A contractor doing work on my home hired coral glass and window to repair a window that the contractor broke mistakenly. The contractor was liable for the damaged window so they setup the repair job directly with coral glass. Now fast forward to today which is 2-3 weeks after the repair by coral glass, I receive a notice of lien on my property filed by coral glass. Whoever owns coral glass should be utterly ashamed of this action. I understand that their was a discrepancy/miscommunication between the contractor and coral glass regarding the final payment of $155.00 however coral glass and window should have reached out to me directly prior to filing for a lien on my home. DO NOT USE Coral Glass and Window. Given the statements above and their reviews on Yelp, Google, etc. I do not know why this contractor would send a company like this to my home. read more

Stay away from this place. They say they will complete your order the same day, insist on a 100% deposit, and then they never fulfill the order. Waited three days, no glass window and they were rude too. Everyday they said it would be ready later in the day, and it was not. Had to demand my money back. The absolute worst company!! Avoid at all costs! They r completely unprofessional (kept saying they would come and fix the problem, I'd wait for hours, they kept canceling and then promised to reschedule, but never followed-up). Their worker installed sliding screen doors for me abt 18 months ago. They never worked, kept coming off the track. The guy came back abt 4 times to "fix" the problem, but it was never fixed. Then when it happened again, I called and they said the guy doesn't work there any more. The owner was then supposed to come out and fix it. After waiting all day on the day of the appt, I kept being told that they weren't sure when he'd come over, he finally showed up only to say that then track needed adjustments, but he was busy for a few weeks so I would have to wait. I made an appt for ONE MONTH later and I called the day before to make sure they were still coming (because so hadn't heard from them). They confirmed the appt. The next day, I get a call that their truck is broken and the appt would have to be rescheduled. That was 10 days ago! I've called them 4-5 times since then to get another appt and they keep saying "we'll call u back" ... but they never do. If you need any glass/window/screen work done, look elsewhere because these guys are completely unreliable. Oh, and the last time I called to reschedule they told me that it wasn't the screen door that was an issue, but the track itself, so wouldn't be covered under the warranty! Shouldn't the installer have mentioned that from the get-go? Shouldn't he have taken that in to account when he did the measurements for the new screens? Not only unprofessional but also incompetent! When I finally got tired of waiting for them to respond and hired a real professional, they showed all the ways in which Coral Glass had messed up the job - the screens were installed upside down and backwards by the initial installer AND the owner of the company. Madness!! Complete waste of money!! Incompetence beyond belief! read more

Made appt week prior for estimate on mirrored closet doors. No show for appt and no call. NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!

Horrible Company. I didn't think much of the initial "no call back". That happens. I then had an appointment setup for a mirror removal for a specific time. It was "on the books"... They were a no call/no show (Day 1). I called back the next morning to see what happened. I absorbed the excuses and gave them another chance. I made a new appointment. Again, no show / no call. (Day 2). Tonight I got the attitude and the excuses. "I'm not gona' do it." I ended up with no option but to stay up late and do the job myself. I have another company coming in tomorrow AM and the mirror had to go. They left me in the lurch. The bottom line... Some nice big job came in that was obviously worth more than mine. I've been a Coral Springs resident for 15 years. They have been around a long time as well. I never used them before and I surely will never try again. I will leave this same review on other SM outlets. Consumers need to be warned. read more

I have a local contracting business where we install cabinets and mirrors on a regular basis. The cabinet doors require glass installed along with many wall mounted mirrors and backsplashes above drawers. I've used Coral Glass for the last 3.5 years and have had only positive experiences with them. Always attentive to our needs and they get the job done on time. I am very pleased with Coral Glass- I had a very detailed and difficult job that they did for me - I had a entire wall of mirrors from floor to ceiling that had to be taken down and then put back up after a insurance claim. I was so afraid that the mirrors would break but William did the job so professionally and it looks amazing like the mirrors never came down in the first place. I would definitely use them again they were wonderful and co caring . It was like my home was their home. Everyone at the company was wonderful. Run don't walk! Horrible service, took 4 months to complete the simplest project of replacing some screens in a first floor apartment. They took a 50% deposit and then rescheduled multiple times for months, didn't answer phones and ignored emails. They don't even have a voicemail to leave a message. Apparently they close every December for the entire month and just don't bother even telling you. I reported them to BBB and they didn't even bother sending a response to BBB after multiple attempts from that agency. Then the minute they FINALLY got the screens in 4 months later, they demanded full payment instantly before I could even inspect the job (was at a tenant occupied investment property). When I told them they would have to wait until I could check the job they sent a threat to put a Lien on my property. After making me wait 4 months they wouldn't wait 4 days. They are literally the worst vendor I have ever had the displeasure of contracting- I wish there were negative stars. I ordered screens for my house and they did not fit or stay on from day one of install. Owner of company was the nastiest person I have ever encountered as after the installer came out to my house many times to fix issues it was still never correct and screen doors fell down on an elderly person in my household. At this time I called to speak to owner and he was yelling at me saying I should not be calling him that I should be calling his store which I did the FIVE times before I called owner and then he hung up the phone on me!. Still to this day we have broken brand new screens and doors that we paid for and they are all laying on the ground. NEVER do business at Coral Glass in Coral Springs! I would give ZERO stars if I could! Worst owner ever! Could care less! read more
