Matt the physical therapy assistant has amazing skill in what he does, BUT management is deceitful. I've recently received a nice bill after management confirmed prior to my first session that they were in my Healthcare Network and I only needed to pay a $50 copay. I should've verified this with my insurance, but I thought I could trust them. The best part is they collected $50 per session for a total of 12 sessions and did not tell my insurance that I paid the copay. Additionally, they excluded my payments from the bill they sent me. As for the actual practice it is NOT recommended for the following reasons. First, your first session will be with a physical therapist who isn't a permanent therapist at the location. He was clear that he was just there, because they have no one else. Additionally, the physical therapy schedule he prescribed was not followed. He clearly explained to me what the assistant would be doing with me, but when it came to my actual sessions were basic. 10-15 minutes with the electronic pulse massager, ultra sound, and a 10 minute massage. They charged my insurance $245 on top of my $50 just for that! keep in mind you can buy your own electronic pulse massager for $20 on amazon and an ultra sound machine for not too much more. It's absolutely ridiculous! On my last session I expected to receive a post therapy plan, because the physical therapist at the beginning told me I would receive one. All of that was crap. They did one last massage and told me to just go start running. This place is ONLY interested in taking your money and that of your insurer. DO NOT GO! Since I have received my bill I have called them twice and was told I would receive a call back. Since my insurer didn't pay the ridiculous $245 x 12 sessions, they sent me the bill. Guess what.... They haven't called me back. I've filed a complaint with my insurer and hope this post keeps people away. Go somewhere that will invest in your body and your health. These people will not make you better, you won't get your mobility back, and they'll send you a bill after lying about being in your network. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT GO!!!!

We parked and noticed that the parking lot was not clean. We walked up to the exterior stairs that lead directly to this company's front door. The stairs were filthy. The building needed repairs. We turned around and left. If there's no attention to detail about facility's exterior, I will assume that there is poor attention to the interior as well. They are truly wonderful…read more From the person at the door to the many people who help guide you to the right area & the medical staff - the friendliness, compassion (much appreciated when you have parents that are forgetful, confused or extremely anxious at the doctor) & professionalism here is impressive. I've taken my family to doctor appointments, post-op appointments, urgent care & more recently to a COVID vaccination appointment. They actually called my mom to see if she wanted the vaccine. They made it so simple. Everything about this place is made simple. If you don't have a ride to a doctor or lab appointment, they'll pick you up & drop you off at home. If your doctor prescribes meds, you can stay & wait to get it from their on-site pharmacy or let them drop it off at your house. If you have multiple appointments that require you to be there for a while & get hungry, they have snacks (Cuban pastries & small sandwiches) & even coffee (Cuban & American, including decaf). There are healthy snacks offered upstairs during normal times in the recreational/fitness area. During normal times, there are fitness classes which are specially-geared toward helping maintain independence & mobility. The weight-training area is by appointment because they assign a professional to each person so that you don't hurt yourself. There are also various types of recreational activities offered (board games, parties, and entertainment). FYI the doctors here are also available on regular insurance plans & often have their own separate office/practice. It's not just physicians that only work here. If you have a specific doctor/specialist that you want to keep, Leon probably works with them! I'm nowhere near a senior, but when I am, I will definitely sign up with Leon. They have been amazing with my family & with me. En la tercera semana, al ver que no había ningún seguimiento, hice una pregunta totalmente válida sobre la posible pérdida de masa muscular (tengo 50 años). Una empleada llamada Ari habló con la doctora Virginia y la reacción fue sorprendente: la doctora entró visiblemente molesta y prácticamente me regañó por haber hecho una simple pregunta como paciente.Incluso le pregunte si estaba molesta y me dijo SI.. que ella ponia ese tratamiento para ayudar a sus clientes y que ella no se estaba ganado nada. Después de completar el mes que ya había pagado, suspendieron mi tratamiento de forma abrupta, sin siquiera llamarme para cancelar mi cita, diciendo que ya no traerían el medicamento porque "no era rentable". No hubo aviso previo ni ninguna orientación para continuar el tratamiento en otro lugar. Lo más indignante fue que cuando pedí saber qué dosis me estaban aplicando para poder continuar en otra clínica, inicialmente no quisieron proporcionarla y luego mencionaron "2.5" dudando, como quien sale del paso. Una actitud poco profesional, falta de ética médica, ausencia total de seguimiento clínico y una gran falta de cortesía hacia el paciente. Además, al revisar otros reviews negativos, parece existir un patrón: el cliente siempre termina siendo el culpable y el consultorio no asume ninguna responsabilidad. Da la impresión de que la satisfacción del paciente es lo que menos importa. Terrible experiencia. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.
