I remember they…read morewere the only place who still had that plastic wrap to cover your books after the back to school sales were over. They even sponsored my yearbook when I was a senior. They have my favourite notebook brand (clairefontaine) and I can always count on them to have fair prices. Every time I need whiteout, pencils, erasers, etc... during my exam season, I go here and pick them up. It's convenient and well stocked. Dollarama school supplies are too cheaply made and Jean coutu sells almost the same product but at unreasonable prices. Bureau en gros only has sales in September for back to school, otherwise everything is full price and not worth it since you can get it here for less. If you can, try to stop here for your school supplies :) Well worth the money.

My daughter wanted to design a t-shirt and - not knowing anything about how to do this - I just googled "montreal t-shirt printing". Several options popped up but In Print seemed like a particularly high quality place. I emailed the shop and explained my daughter's ambition (and my absolute lack of knowledge regarding what I was doing) and the owner, Alex, responded to me in such a genuinely nice manner and offered to guide us through the process. It was such a touching level of customer care. We did some back and forth in terms of my daughter's design and he helped us figure out "what would work" given their printing process (and he took the time to explain everything to us in a simple manner). Then, we visited his shop (before the shirts were printed) so that my daughter could SEE how the process works. Alex and his crew were so generous in showing her around and they even let her do a tiny bit of one task (cleaning a "printing tray" once a design run is finished - I'm sure that I'm butchering terminology here). My daughter felt so good and so encouraged by this. Finally, we ordered a batch shirts (which my daughter will be selling for charity). That part of the transaction went super smoothly and In Print even was able to get our favorite shirt brand for printing (Bella & Canvas). Every step of the experience was amazing and I simply can't believe how amazing Alex and the In Print team were. They kept overdelivering in a very caring manner. I'm a business school professor and I've never experienced or seen something at this level before. I am so grateful and FOREVER a loyal fan of In Print. THANK YOU SO MUCH ALEX + IN PRINT.
