You won't run into Peter here, but you'll meet other delightful people -- locals and vacationers. Most of the time, it's closed, but on the rare occasion that you find this building open (usually a weekend evening during warmer weather), it's a bit of a delight. Owned and operated by the people who run Twin Shores next door, this little building has a tiny, crowded bar with one table, and several outdoor tables. The drinks here are the same as the drinks at Twin Shores. It's a perfect spot for an after dinner drink when you want to sit outside and breathe in the fresh lake air on a warm summer night.

My favorites were "Toes in the Sand" Sour, "Perky Blonde" coffee blonde, and "Garczynski's Best" pilsner. Dog friendly and board games/cards and chalk for the kids available. I seen a giant pretzel made, but other than that and bags of chips no food. They also have a cooler with sodas and non-alcoholic drinks available

I am sure this would be a great place to visit in summer, where the great looking patio can be enjoyed. I got to wear the big hat! One suggestion I'd make is to make the ordering area a regular bar with stools (with an "order here" sign on either end for people not sitting at the bar) letting people socialize with the bartenders a little more easily like in most taprooms. Otherwise, we had a good time.

We arrived on time but were told it would be another 10 minutes. Fine, they seemed surprisingly busy for a Thursday at 1:45 pm. So, we waited. And waited. We were handed an extra can of soda as recompense for the fact that the cook made our pizza wrong and it had to be remade. So, we waited again. Finally, the pizza was done, we paid cash for our order, and we got the heck out of there. When we opened the pizza, we discovered very few toppings, and they were all mostly dumped in the middle. Then we discovered that we were charged an extra dollar because we ordered our pizza and soda to go! Seriously??? The pizza was just OK. We've had worse, we've had much better. We probably won't be back.
