You would think if they are open two Saturdays before school starts they would have people printing especially since the material changed this year from a cheap cotton to a athletic material. This school is the only school parents are expected to pay 15 bucks a shirt and 20 for pants the only school in AZ that wears black and green and have a policy that requires Dickies pants! SMDH!! Well it looks like they are selling people's orders. Husband went in on Tuesday to pick up and they said they don't have them come wed.... it's wed and not only do they not have them they are extremely rude when they are already paid for. Parents are meeting with the school to switch companies or order online. This place sucks!

Now I've got nothing but time on my hands with this Covid 19 bringing everything to a screeching halt. I didn't think Absolute Screen Printing would be open, but to my delight they were. These people are amazing! Super nice! They just had that "feel right at home" place. They took the time in helping me choose what font I wanted and the size of the lettering. Christian was so nice. He even did a sample of it so I could get a visual of the design. I cannot tell you how happy I am! They called a couple hours later which I was not expecting because normally it takes longer... and they were ready. I love them! They look amazing! I'm excited to add a more professional look to my work attire. I highly recommend them to anyone needing embroidering done! They also offer other services as well as have uniforms for police, fire, etc. you'll be quite pleased! I am!

To do so, clear communication was needed for proofs to be edited and approved. She also needed electronic forms of payment, and a dedicated employee to email back and forth with, and at times hop on the phone for clarification. This project involved 200 canvas tote bags. 200 Orange canvas tote bags. 200 high quality, reasonably priced, orange, canvas tote bags. Does that sound at all like too much? Acme Prints handled it with as much ease as I would've while printing a word document with my home printer. That actually can be tricky sometimes, so bad analogy. Nevertheless, Acme Prints, specially Vida, made this job a complete breeze, and when faced with large projects there shouldn't be a thought to go anywhere else. Oh, and did I mention the price was unbeatable and the the production turnaround time was about 8 days? Yeah...I can't wait to work with them again either.

It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost.
