Just before contacting Mr. Cobos, I had managed to finally find my mother's daughter's ex-husband in New Jersey. He told me that my mother was living in Arizona and had recently moved into a senior living center. I phoned numerous senior care facilities in Arizona on my own and had no luck, so I decided I needed help. I did some research on private investigators in the area and called David Cobos. When I spoke to him on the phone and told him my story, two things stood out for me.
