I live in the US and my Dad lives in Willenhall, West Midlands. I was calling around for a local Willenhall plumber to help fix the leak in my Dads house. He has no water. I called this number four times because they had a professional looking website and I trusted they must have a decent business. Twice my calls were dropped mid-answering service and then one time someone picked up, said, "will you just f*@K OFF" and hung up. i guess I will keep looking for a trustworthy and skilled Plumber...I hate leaving negative reviews, but think businesses need to do better to provide an absolute basic level of service. I had a couple of other people tell me they couldn't do the job, but they were honest, pleasant and helpful. I have positive impressions of them, even though they couldn't accommodate my job this week. I had a central heating system fitted by these guys a few weeks ago in my late aunts house , I plan to use the property as a let , a week after they fit the system my friend the electrician went in to fit the thermostat , he noticed the pressure was low so he put some more water in, immediately he could hear water dripping , he went to see what it was and noticed water pouring down the wall in the living room, I got the floorboards up to find an unsoldered joint , 2 weeks later I went in to put the heating on because I had 3 viewings that day , after 10 minutes or so I could see water pouring down the wall by the front door , I rang and rang Paul , no answer , so I text him and his father, I ended up having to empty , repair and refill a heating system again that I just paid £2700.00 for , I have still had no reply from either of them, what made it worse when I removed the floor boards in every room to double check , I found off cuts of pipes , old pipe and boxes the taps came in thrown under the floor boards, no very professional at all.
