During the most recent work, my fiber internet cabling got damaged, but I wasn't aware of it until days later. I let Dan know so he'd be aware the glass in the fiber cabling is more fragile than the old copper wiring. Without my asking him to do, he *immediately* said he would refund me what I'm being charged for the internet service repair and apologized for the disruption. Very much the stand up thing to do, but not something a lot of folks would do. Especially since it will mean a trip out of his way to make it happen. I would highly recommend this group. The pricing has always been very reasonable and I trust their work and willingness to see a project through to the end.

Rowland Tree Service removed a large, mature ash tree from our front yard today. We have to grade…read morethe crew A+ for their professionalism and skill. They used a large "crane" to reach all of the tree without positioning any equipment in our yard (ergo, no damage to the lawn). The tree was a good way away from the street and our driveway. The actual cutting down took about two hours which we think is pretty fast given the size of the tree. We do have to give them a "B" for leaving several small limbs in the planter area where the tree was located. But, given the scope of the job and the number of limbs cut, this is of no consequence. There is a dogwood tree and several bushes under the tree, but they were all untouched. We would definitely recommend Jason and his crew if asked. I am in CONWAY, AR.

I was looking for a company who could cut and remove a large, and very tall Pine tree on my…read moreproperty, but also partially hung over my neighbors driveway. After checking on Yelp for a professional group, I received a few calls regarding my need. I wasn't able to use the first contact and initially thought I was not going to be able to use the second company, but boy am I extremely happy I did. Mr. Santos was "Johnny on the spot". He was very professional via our text messages and answered all of my questions. He was also the first of two or three respondents who actually came to the location to give me a free quote. And he actually came the day we text. After carefully weighing my options, I chose Santos. He and his crew all arrived prior to the scheduled time of around 8am. He speaks Spanish and English, while his crew spoke Spanish. They had all of their equipment setup and had started cutting the tree limbs before I left for work. My husband is retired, so he was home to observe. They did not stop for a break until after 1:00pm for lunch and to dispose of the tree parts already loaded on their trailer. When I arrived home from work (between 330-345pm) the tree was no longer standing and they were cutting the last of the trunk in sections in order to load it for disposal. They even moved a couple of pieces of the trunk to our carport to use for a project. My husband and I were extremely happy with the work and were very appreciative of the service that was provided by Santos' Hauling and Demolition.
