Worst food and service I've ever had from any restaurant! My first review ever was spawned from the mistreatment disrespect from this restaurant and its staff.
With so many Caribbean restaurants in the area and such great reviews I was horribly disappointed by the food and customer service.
Today at 356pm I placed a delivery order for a medium fried chicken, rice and peas with brown stew gravy on top, a side of Mac n cheese, plantains and a fruit punch. The restaurant let me know they were all out of all sides. Unphased, I said cool, the girl reviewed my order and and address and I was told my order would arrive in about a half order. I hung up happy.
At 425pm I received a phone call saying that my order had to at least $10 to place order. When i asked for other sides earlier, and was told there were none. I again asked do you have any veggies or anything. The girl said oh we have corn, do you like corn, would you like corn? With the idea that this would expedite the order, I said Ok, cool. The young lady who originally took my order, reviewed it once more detailing my order and address and I hung up with the understanding my food would be leaving immediately since I'm not adding anything that requires prep. Ok cool, no biggie, I'm thinking my food should be here soon
At 4:33 I received the most annoying phone call from the restaurant now stating that the mgr does not deliver 1.2 miles away for orders under $20. Are you serious? You've just told me I had to already add to my order 10 minutes ago. I've waited nearly an hour for food and now you tell me you won't deliver unless I order $10 more dollars in food. The young girl was very apologetic, explained that the manager said so and it was out of her hands and she tried to politely end the call. Before she could I asked the girl, to explain the ludicrous situation to the manager. Without getting on the phone, I could hear the manager in the background saying fine fine.
At 4:38pm I receive another phone call requesting the address again and was told the manager is delivering my food.
At 5:03 my food arrived, they wouldn't come in my hotel for delivery, they demanded I come down for it. I go get my food and immediately ask for my fruit punch, she said oh I didn't know you ordered fruit punch. They obviously didn't know anything about my order. I get to my room, open my box and to my dismay my order is incorrect. I had asked for fried chicken, I got some old crusty hard Brown stew chicken from the steam table. It was so hard and disgusting I spit the chicken out and immediately and began texting the manager.

I received a slew of disrespectful comments.
I have included the screen shots so you all can see hope they treat their customers and how they really don't give a shyt about their business, as was expressed in the final message from management.
With service like this, they shouldn't even get up in the morning. They should do everyone a favor and lock up for good. read more
