Sunshine Coast Qld, Took over a local business and did not attend my premises from handover in March 23, have always attended monthly & invoiced following day, sent me 3 invoices, I received Friday 23 June 2023, 5 business days before end of financial year with a debt collection threat, when I questioned it and asked for evidence they had in fact attended my property as per the contract and copies of emails where these months of invoices were sent previously to me, I was contacted by phone by the Branch Manager who would not listen to me, had no interest in providing evidence when I said I was happy to pay when I received the evidence, was condescending & stated he was happy to take me straight to collection as they are a multi million dollar company, intimidation.
