It saved us time and money and we knew where we stood. They've kept a great old dryer of ours going for years with minimum cost and been able to source the right parts. Buyer Beware!!! Had them come out to investigate a broken air conditioning unit. They did not…read moreadvise beforehand that they would charge a call-out fee. Looked at our air conditioner for 5 minutes without finding the root cause and just said we needed a new one, which "conveniently" they were trying to sell and install. When we advised we weren't interested, they charged a $150 hidden call-out fee, but said they would wave it if we spent thousands to buy a new unit and have it installed from them. Don't fall for this scam!
