When I questioned my concerns about the camp she lied to me. I addressed my concerns again and address her lie and she never responded again. This was a total waste of time and money. In my opinion she committed coaching malpractice by just having the girls throw for 3 hours without little institution. Not to mention her attitude was rude, non informative, lied and very irresponsible. I am working on getting my money back now. Stay far away.

I spoke to Natalia whom had assisted with the enrollment and told her that we would like to cancel and to cancel the auto debit as we were told for him to try it out and if he did not like we could cancel in which we did inform her after the second or third attendance that this was not a good fit and we would like to cancel. No where at this time did she mention that a written cancellation was necessary to cancel and if it had been mentioned that would have easily been done at that moment but she just said that she would take care of the cancellation. This was of course in March of 2023 when we notified her and in looking at my bank stmts I noticed that I was still being billed for sessions although my son had no longer been attending and Natalia had been notified and we had been told that she would take care of the cancellation and remove my card information. that this facility continued to debit my card on file thru the month of July for the sessions as it was obvious he was no longer attending and Natalia was notified of the cancellation of his enrollment and that she would take care of the cancellation as it wasn't a good fit for my son. Reason my son did not see it as a fit was because he was new to soccer and when the fields were rained out they had soccer leagues practicing with those that are new. Very quick way to bring one's moral down when you have skilled practicing with new players !!! Definitely pay close attention to your stmts after you've informed them of cancellation.

My daughter is 5yo and I haven't got any notice from them or any complaints about her until the call to tell pick her up. I asked for a refund of the remaining of the week plus the whole week of next week. I was told that I will be getting credit. I am not sure what am I supposed to do with the credit when my daughter is not allowed to come back. Make your own judgment from my situation and see if you want to take a risk to send your kids here. To me, it's a scam to take your money.

Along with their move, came some much needed upgrades. 6+ volleyball courts, separating nets, gym, turf training area, concessions, restrooms, matted flooring, seating, etc. Everything is just so much nicer than their old location. I'd say the only downside is no AC other than fans for when it's hot. If it's cold, wear a long sleeve and you'll be fine. Open gym is every Tues, Thurs, and Sun I believe. It used to be $5/person, but now it's $10/person. But I honestly don't mind the small price increase if it means this place stays in business for years to come. Covid has affected many small businesses so please to everyone in the Houston volleyball community, support Spike Sport. You can also rent a private court depending on availability for $55/hr.
