While shopping Saturday I thought to call and ask if we could get appointments for mani pedis. Surprised the answer was yes and within an hour. We arrived early but promptly seated at the pedi chairs. The workers here are friendly, take their time servicing clients and the salon is relaxing.

First, location is close to campus, with a small parking lot, and the first thing I saw when walking up was an unhoused person sleeping on the sidewalk. Because the business has windows in the front and chairs right by those windows, it was just a little uncomfortable. I made an appointment online for 3:45, but my Regular Pedicure took until 5:15! Another girl came in after me and we were done at like the same time- did I get the slow guy? Price can't be beat- there is a small fee if you use credit card, so, bring cash. And the pedicure itself was well done! My regular pedicure was $30 and included a scrub, lotion, hot towel, and I was sitting in a massage chair, so, relaxing. Overall, the pros are price and a good pedicure. Cons were timing and vibe.

If I knew that, I wouldn't have gone. I was charged for a "full throttle" bundle at $30, which according to their website includes a shampoo, haircut, and style. I was only offered a haircut and when asked about the bundle the "stylist" said that's just a haircut. In addition to the price, stylist did not seem to understand anything I was telling him to do and left me floored that he even thought he was done on several occasions. Attempted to strike up a general conversation twice throughout the process, like most people do, and he was uninterested. Even a chain haircut place I regularly go (nationwide) offers to put product in to help a cut look better at every location, without even asking. I was not offered anything. Advice to help, update your website or take it down altogether. That is where people will be looking for info on the place. Stop lying to your customers about what each bundle includes if you won't provide it even after asking for it. And I'm not sure if it was just this "stylist" but teach them to be a little more customer service oriented.
