The WOST customer service EVER.
My daughter and I spend two weeks a year at the Family Home in Michigan. This was our first year utilizing their service. When we arrived, it didn't work at all. We called for service; and the tech diagnosed it as a faulty router, and replaced it (the Service Tech btw was GREAT).
He then came back, said he gave us the wrong router, and replaced it again. It almost immediately went down. We called, he fiddled with the router, and re-aimed the antennae.....it worked about 60% of the time after that, with frequent black-outs....but was enough to keep my teen-aged daughter happy
As I have to work over my vacation, I was often forced to drive to Mio to a cousin's house to get a reliable connection.
On the first monthly billing after returning home....This Company HAD The NERVE to bill me $100.00 in labor and service fee's for their faulty equipment. I've written them two letters and they refuse to respond.
Beware. I'll most likely be using a dish next summer.....AllBand just isn't worth the hassle. read more
