I recommended them, even complimented Ginger, but stated sometimes I had trouble getting in to see them if I was sick, and being asked to come several days later. Another friend of mine was refused treatment after they found out she had gone to an urgent care. (ON a weekend when they were closed!) What are you suppose to do? Make an appointment to be sick? I cannot believe they monitor their patients FB posts, but have been told they have to notify me in writing and they did not. I am filing a complaint with the medical bureau against them. I believe they discriminated against me b/c of something I said. I am furious over the girls attitude over the phone with me this am.

The wait times are reasonable, even for a sick visit. I was in and out in less than an hour today. Crystal and Ginger had me fixed up super quick. The QR code sent me to a website. The website said I had a zero balance. So naturally there was not anything to pay. Then I get a notice that my bill was sent to a collection agency. So how can you pay a bill without a balance. Seems sketchy to myself. If I can help it I will not be back here for myself. They need to sell to UAB so we can have a decent hospital in the area!

I don't remember anything about the first two or three days there. They sedated me. I was their guest from July 4 to July 10th. I can't remeber all the doctors, but I do remember Dr.Patel, Dr.Higgins, and Dr,O. I can honestly say these wonderful people saved my life. The housekeeping staff, nurses, and food service also played a great role in saving my life as well. They all deserve a world of credit. By-the-way people say hospital food is bad...not at Riverview. I and my wife found their food to be quiet good. God Bless the staff there!

After six long years of searching for answers and real help, my husband was finally referred to Dr…read more Jennings at Clinical Urology Associates in 2022--and that referral changed everything. From our very first visit, Dr. Jennings stood out in a way that is rare to find. He is thorough, attentive, and genuinely kind, but what truly sets him apart is that he treats the patient--not just the problem. He took the time to understand not only my husband's medical concerns, but also how those issues were impacting his quality of life. That level of care is something you don't forget. Having worked closely alongside a cardiologist for eight years, I've seen firsthand the difference between physicians who simply treat conditions and those who truly care for people. Dr. Jennings is, without question, the latter. What impressed me even more was that after two years without a visit, he remembered specific details about my husband--details that go far beyond what's written in a chart. That speaks volumes about his character, his attentiveness, and the pride he takes in caring for his patients. Despite his thoroughness, Dr. Jennings is also incredibly respectful of your time. He manages to give each patient the attention they deserve while keeping visits efficient and well-paced--a balance that is not easy to achieve, yet he does it seamlessly. If you have been searching for a urologist who listens, cares, and truly partners with you in your health journey, I cannot recommend Dr. Jennings and Clinical Urology Associates highly enough. We are beyond grateful for the role he has played in my husband's healing and the direction he provided when we needed it most.
