About two years ago, I bought four large live oak trees from Fuller nursery about eight months…read morelater one of them died, and I paid a prorated price for a replacement tree... I thought it was a Live Oak, but it wasn't. This was the first tree I had that I thought was a Live Oak that dropped its leaves in the summertime. I kept thinking that it was sick until finally I researched it and discovered that it was a water oak, not a live oak. I would think that the nursery would know the difference or were they pulling a fast one and not giving me what I paid for. Just make sure if you do business with them that you know what you're getting.

AVOID Stained Glass Inc. (SGI)--GO ELSEWHERE FOR STAINED GLASS. The product is cheap plastic with…read morecolor smeared on the back that will not conform to agreed proofs. SGI fumbled our order and needed more than 8 days to respond to us (snaps of communication below). SGI and the owner are complacent and will lie to make you keep their shoddy product. AVOID. We are filing complaints, disputing the charge, and posting these facts until we get our refund. This company is slow to inform the customer on basic communication and progress, arrogant, and unwilling to admit when it makes a glaring mistake. When I first explained the SGI mistake via phone, they were understanding and apologetic. But SGI changed its tune when the owner got involved (see email exchange). Why should a customer have to call when SGI made the mistake? And why put words into a customer's mouth? Does SGI have no values? The owner begrudgingly called after I stated I may have no other option but to escalate the issue but offered no substantive path to resolution. We have forced the owner to take his product back but he still resists issuing a refund! We had no choice but to contact our bank. WE WILL KEEP SHARING THIS NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE AND THESE HONEST FACTS WITH THE WORLD UNTIL SGI ISSUES A FULL REFUND.
