This was not a good experience. I came in asking for THCa prerolls and the store associate did not…read moreknow his product and even unknowingly suggested a THCp recommendation. It's good that I read the packaging. I proceeded to spend an additional money to purchase individual prerolls so I could try different strains. The associate mixed them up in his hand and when I questioned how he knew the difference, he looked like a deer in headlights. After checking me out, he walked back over to the display case and simply wrote an initial of a strain on the filter. Upon use of the pre-roll, it was dry and ineffective. This place works in a pinch but, stick to something sealed and pay attention to what you're buying.

Went back to the store today, because the Refund policy on the receipt states "No Refunds". Exchanges only in the first 24 hours. They would not honor the stated policy, would not allow me to speak to a manager because "she is working her other job" and would not give me the phone number to reach corporate customer service. Policy stated NOTHING about used products be ineligible for return! Wasted $50 after spending HUNDREDS in that store over the last few years!

The majority are 4-6 years ago! #2-I would give a 10 star review if available because Brian, his daughter (I apologize, I don't know her name) & the staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable & are very nice. I am mostly home bound so my husband literally does all the shopping! I can call Vapor Shots to place an order. Brian, his daughter/staff will get my order together & hold it for my husband until he picks it up! If there is an item they don't have they will order it for me! I need a coil that they didn't have before the weekend. Since Brian told me they place their orders on Monday I am waiting right now to place my order for the coils as I write this review. I cannot thank them or say enough about Brian (owner), his daughter & staff!! I appreciate the extra mile that they go for me!! I won't shop anywhere else!!
