Long story short, they installed a gate swinging the wrong way--into the parking area (and side of my truck) which I didn't realize until they left and I had paid them. I asked them repeatedly to come switch it around, and they initially said they would. They committed to coming two separate times and never showed up with no follow up or communication. The salesman (Avery) started ignoring my texts about it, and even after I called the office they said Avery and Mr Cooper would make it a priority, I heard nothing more. After a month and a half of this, I finally just fixed it myself. If you hire them, make sure you check everything out before you pay them because it appears impossible to get them to come back and fix their own mistake once they have your $$$.
