Beyond the front display cases and servings of chocolates and sandwiches and pastries, in back (as well as up a flight) there's a large seating area where you can do a sit-down meal. The menu is multi-lingual and massive, and focused mostly on Swiss/German sorts of dishes. The food itself was decently good -- not life-changing, but filling. The hot chocolate and coffee drinks were, in fact, great, if pricey. (It's San Moritz, even in low season -- it's going to be pricey.) Service was harried but polite. Views from the window over the lake and to the mountains were nice. I wouldn't go out of my way to return here, but I wouldn't turn down the suggestion to go in again, should I ever again visit San Moritz.

The tiramisu was also very good i enjoyed that the coffee used was not caffeinated so we were all able to sleep that night. The second time we went i had to step out to attend a meeting via zoom and took my food to go. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating and offered to pack up some of the delicious tomato cucumber salad my parents had left for me.
