The cream bun was just huge and should have been eaten with some sort of implement to divide it into smaller portions. However, it wasn't and was messily and enjoyably devoured. There was a passing parade of customers and locals as they were all spoken to by name. It had a proper coffee machine but as I didn't see anyone use it while we were there I wasn't game to try. That will have to be another visit.

The bread, rolls, pies and cakes are absolutely delicious. The pot of tea hold two large sized cups of tea. I love this when you ask for a pot of tea and you get a second cup without asking! The staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. Yeah to country hospitality!

Sandwiches and rolls are made fresh. Loads of pies and pastries to choose from. Big fan of their ANZAC biscuits (v crunchy) - avoid the cork flake cookies. Big range of bread and cakes to choose from. Update October 2014. Have expanded and added a couple of outdoor areas including a kids playground. Food still great! Update May 2015 No longer need annoying code for wifi. Nice!!
