If you are staying at the farmstead dinner can be had as late as 8pm. You can't go past the pizzas. After a long drive (via the wineries at Mudgee) we thoroughly enjoyed washing them down with our wine purchases. We also had breakfast both mornings here and were not disappointed. The gelato was pretty good too. ....and very importantly...the coffee was excellent. Food is served on the pottery plates and you are surrounded by pottery pieces.

The pottery area extends from the shop through to the work area. The finished products are in the…read moredisplay and you can see other pottery pieces at the back in various stages of completion. Take the time and sit with the potter to chat and appreciate the skill. We did not see pieces being coloured before firing. That will have to be another time for us. The most popular decoration is the blue wren and there are plenty of live ones in the garden too. The pottery comes in mugs, jugs, vases, plaques etc. Our favourites were the kookaburra, gang gang cockatoo and lizards. You can order online but it is really worth the trip and visit
