Not only was he prompt in greeting me he knew exactly what would be even better than the quality of the factory one. Everyone else quoted 60 at least with a turn around time that was almost a month or more. I dropped the jacket off on Friday and picked it up Monday and was beyond impressed. And for it being a one man operation he gets right to business and I appreciate that. I will be bringing in every alteration I need from here on out. Totally saved me time and money not losing value of item actually increased it. Business like this is hard to find these days. Definitely telling everyone I know to give him a try.
