Our server was prompt and since we knew this type of pizza can take awhile to bake we ordered right away. We got the Barry with two types of pepparoni and hot honey. After the server took our pizza and drink order (happy hour beer prices $2 off) we decided to get a caeser salad. At first she balked since the pizza order was already in there was no guarantee it would come out before the pizza - hmmm an example of the service issues others wrote about? But minutes later she told us she expedited the salad and sure enough it was out in 5 minutes well ahead of the pizza which only took slightly more than 20 minutes which is fast for Detroit style pizza. The pizza was very good. Though some complain that the edges are burnt this is the cheese. It doesn't taste burnt it tastes great. This is Detroit style pizza done right.
