Over the phone on what I'm sure is a busy day for him, he talked me through the things I should look for. Essentially it came down to a float plug in my HVAC unit that had gotten some water in it causing it to stop the system. Turned out to be a simple fix but I would have had no clue if it wasn't for Chris. Really can't thank you enough Chris. And over charges. I called 2 other local companys and both will come out on weekend for 135 plus parts. Part is under warranty so u do the math.
