He was open to all suggestions and provided me with me ideas, as well. The next time I got to see Jonathan was when we realized that my bachelorette party was in the same place, he had family. He came and took photos of my bachelorette party; he took time out of his vacation with his family to come capture such an amazing trip. He had a great energy on our first meeting with him and totally flexible about our plans for engagement and wedding venues. We are totally jealous that he is so flexible to be able to travel for work and play, but he gets amazing photos nationwide. Unseasonably warm day in Dallas, he's on it. Triple digits in Phoenix after rescheduling due to the pandemic, he's on it. I'm sure an active hurricane or tornado would have been more unpleasant working conditions, but you wouldn't have known it from watching Jonathan work. I don't blame anyone who didn't want to deal with those conditions, but it was just another day at the office for him. He is likely a kinder and more generous person than he even is a world-class photographer, but we're here for the "pics or it didn't happen crowd". You're paying for a photographer but you basically get a best friend for the biggest day of your life for free. No headaches, super responsive, he gets photos back to you when he says he will and he worked nonstop on our wedding day. I sure wish he had more review sections on other platforms because he definitely deserves the exposure. So let's start with the elephant in the room. Don't let the beard scare ya, he is as professional as they come. The day of the wedding they were there early taking pictures of the venue, the groomsmen and the bride/bridesmaids getting ready. I (the groom) was late . They took some very beautiful pictures throughout the day. But the highest praise I can give him is his easy going attitude. You see, I've been at other weddings where the photographer is actually scolding the couple because THEY are ruining HIS shot. Photographers who are adding to the stress that is a wedding instead of helping the couple enjoy the evening and capturing memories. Bill is nothing like that. You tell him what you want and he will go out of his way to capture it. He got all 8 of the little grandkids to sit still long enough to capture this beautiful picture. Goofy faces he made to make it happen didn't even cost extra! We were incredibly fortunate to have met Bill and have him shoot our wedding. I met Michael when he was assisting another fabulous photographer at a portrait shoot in the summer…read moreof 2016. He ended up taking one of my all time favorite pictures of my kids at that shoot! We try to get professional photos taken of my family 1-2 times a year, so when I saw that Michael was available to shoot on a recent Sunday, I booked him without hesitation. He communicated with me about timing and location prior to the shoot, arrived on time, and was super attentive to the requests of both me and my husband and my kids. He even got a handful of shots with our dog, which is not the easiest thing to do. He told me he would have digital proofs to share with me within a few days of our session, and he made good on his word. Michael is super talented. His work speaks for itself. The recent family photo session was a fun experience in itself.. and the bonus is the photos that we will value for years to come. We'll also use some of our favorites on our annual valentine cards, so we can share with friends and family.
