In my quest to make my own jewellery I moved up from copper to silver and had to get the supplies from this shop, as it wasn't included in my tuition fees. This is the place were jewelers and goldsmith get their equipment. If you're looking for colourful beads or some nice chains and decorative items ... do not go here. Also I strongly advice to bring a shopping list and/or spending some time with the catalogue. You see why when you read on.
Right from the starts it clear that they sell valuable stuff here. The doors are reinforced, their is an airlock and a security guard on the other side. After all that you've been asked to get a number. There are a few things on the walls like beads, but when I was lingering a bit I was asked if I need anything, so not really a place to just look around. When your number is called, you move to the counter and give your shopping list or explain what you would like to have. They write it down and move to the back to get it. I found all the staff I talked to extremely nice and helpful. I guess they deal with newbies a lot.
