Then there is a sign in the breakfast room with more prayers , not sure if this is common in OK but not so professional. The food at breakfast was meh, at best. Selections was very limited and they were at full capacity. The eggs seemed powdered. Only had 1 type of fresh fruit. Had a couple of issues with them leaving towels in room after they removed old ones. Had to go down to get some one night as there was only 1 towel and no washcloths in our bathroom. They left the "tip" Envelope out in plain site but couldn't leave washcloths . The common area was clean but small.

The breakfast was great- with nice choices every day. The 24 hour fresh coffee was outstanding, as my wife and I are coffee people. Coffee is our love language. We were in building 105 which had five bedrooms and four baths. We had about 14 people from several different families and this was a perfect setup for us. Very large common area with several tables and many chairs. Various sized bathrooms with a mix of tubs and walk-in showers. One room had a king size bed and the other four each had two double beds. It was right across from the pond and disc golf course which we liked. Just a short walk to the pool and Soda Steve's restaurant. The water was hot and showers had good pressure. A/C worked well. We liked the property's gift shop and little game room with the ping pong and foosball tables. Having said that, I'm not sure we would return in the future. As many have mentioned in the reviews the "resort" has not aged well. Our building was musty and outdated. Many things were bent or patched together. Some of the blinds did not shut, handles were loose, light bulbs needed replaced, light fixtures had a few bugs in them and the exterior was shabby and poorly managed. The cooking items in the kitchen were just a hodge podge of items. Many windows had film on them that obstructed the view. Three of the rooms had floor to ceiling wood paneling and were very outdated. You got the feeling the friendly staff cleaned as well as they could but were having a hard time keeping up with the older property. Building 105 is located right next to an abandoned looking private residence. For $1200 for two nights you really expect more. The skating rink was a concrete floor in a building that was not air- conditioned. The hot tub jets worked but the heater was broken. There was no internet or wi-fi. There was a TV but no cable and channels were very limited and this was pretty disappointing. We were disappointed as well that there were no queen beds but only double beds. The rooms certainly could have accommodated queen beds. We all agreed that the quality of the place was the level of a Motel 6 or less which is a shame since the property is really laid out well and has a lot of potential. Hopefully an investment in funds can someday bring this place back to what it used to be.

The bathroom was spotless. The linens were clean and crisp. The carpet didn't even seem dirty. The refrigerator was spotless and all the counters were clean. Noise - We stayed on a Saturday evening for one night and the hotel was quiet. We did not have any problems with noise from surrounding guests or noise outside. Service - The people at the front desk, both in the evening and the morning, were kind, welcoming and helpful. Comfort - The rooms are spacious! We felt like there was plenty of room for us and our five and two year old children. There was ample room to set up our travel crib and nothing felt crammed. There is an entire kitchenette area in the suite that included a fridge and separate freezer (not an ice box inside the fridge). There was a microwave, dishwasher, paper towel and dish soap. There was a lot of counter space in the kitchen as well as tons of storage and space for your stuff in the bedroom portion of the room. There were six wide and deep drawers for clothing (that were clean inside!) and plenty of hangers in the closet area. The beds were comfortable and each bed had four pillows that were poly filled and not down (which is good for me because I'm allergic to feathers). We could not have been happier with the room or the hotel. Highly recommend.

At a minimum, a hotel room should be clean, and it should not be broken. The room appeared clean,…read morebut stains on the sheets and on the towels indicates a lack If concern by the cleaning staff...which means there is a lack of concern by management because they are not auditing their work. Broken furniture and fixtures equates to insufficient maintenance... the use it until it craters philosophy...but that means unsatisfied and disappointed guests. Dark furniture full of dings and dents exposing the wood underneath looks old and beat...this furniture is used, it will get dinged...so occasionally hit the exposed wood with stain or a color stick to fill in the light color and make the furniture look presentable again. Maintenance debris left in common areas is absolutely unacceptable...and indicates lack of discipline in the maintenance department and poor management for not auditing their work, and regularly checking the facility. The pool closed and no breakfast makes sense...with Covid...but then present a non-contact or sanitized between use solution for coffee instead of shared and unsanitized pump carafes...it's not like you're spending money on pool upkeep or breakfasts. Disappointed overall. Lots of potential, lack of execution and apparently management oversight. This appears to be a situation where they are trying to do "just enough" to keep operating...with limited local options they can continue to get business. It's really too bad because doing things the right way is just as cost effective in the long run... 2 stars because the room worked, albeit full of defects. The front desk was friendly As well. This probably should be a 1 because maintenance at this hotel is appalling.
