Sherly was kind and welcoming, incredibly knowledgable, and very skilled at holding the attention of the class. She made learning as much fun as eating! In this class we ate cheese specific to Switzerland paired with wine that you can't get in the US. (In her class you find out why.) This was a true delicious highlight of our trip. I would take another class with Sherly in a heartbeat. Also, her homemade focaccia bread is out of this world.
