    Just bake cookies at home
    Erika H.

This place is a wonder....came here because I was craving a delicious scrumptious cookie at 7:30 on 3/14/25 to find the door locked and a guy with brown curly hair pretending he sees no one but the cookie in front of him. So I guess this place closes when it feels right. I've been to other locations which are great but this one sucks cookie dough balls. I had to stop by Stater Brothers to pick up a tub of tollhouse cookies.

Cleanliness 3 Cost 2 Cuisine 2 Customer service 2 I tried cookie plug and liked those so i wanted to see how these measured up. First off, they only have 4 types of cookies at any one time. I guess they rotate what they have weekly. We went about 20 min before closing and they had 100 + cookies just sitting on trays out in the open. I asked for a simple request where they could add a topping (which they had at the moment) to my chocolate chip cookie and they said "no, the cookies are already made." Which was fine but I figured they could just add a topping. It was 3 young kids running the store it seemed. We probably won't be back as the cookies were just bigger versions of what i could make at home from the pre cut cookie dough. At least they came in a nice looking box.

The staff was welcoming and the place was clean, however the business model was kind of a let down. They offered 4 different cookie selections and a basic soda fountain with soft drinks. We wanted coffee and warm fresh baked cookies, this place offered neither. The cookies were cold and alright. We tried the chocolate chip and raspberry cheesecake cookies. They were both just basic. If you're wanting bomb cookies, I wouldn't recommend this place. Take it from a foodies perspective. ‍

Checked out the newly arrived cookie co in Beaumont. This small cookie bakery looked incredibly clean with a minimalistic style and white brick walls wrapped all around. They're menu offers four cookies at a time changing periodically. Ordering all four of course, I raced home to share with my girlfriend. Starting with the chocolate chip. They have a darn near perfect recipe for a classic cookie almost everyone will be ordering. While most would argue they underbake their cookies, I would say it's more of a chewy cookie instead of a crunchy cookie. Our second favorite cookie in the lineup was the orange blossom. The frosting on top was not overly sweet, but still delivered on the orange flavor. Packed with cranberries and white chocolate this cookie had an amazing flavor profile. The Brookie was a nice mix of a soft brownie and a soft chewy cookie. They're gluten free monster cookie was packed with oats, m&ms, and peanut butter. If it wasn't shown in the menu you wouldn't know this was a flour-less cookie. A My initial shock at seeing a single cookie being sold for $4 threw me back, but having tasted the quality of these cookies, it's well worth it as a cheat day dessert every now and again. With competition down the street from The Cookie Plug, combined with being very new I hope Cookie Co can remain consistent in quality and cleanliness to stick around for years to come. Five stars.

I want to love these cookies so much! I have tried the chocolate chip cookie at least 5 times, and each time I get a stomach ache. At first I thought, maybe it's because I ate the ENTIRE cookie, so I tried less the next time. Then I tried to not eat any of the other cookies and only eat a piece of just the chocolate chip, than I tried it from a different Cookie Co. And because they look so good and I really want to love them, I tried it again. Maybe it's because like others have mentioned, it doesn't always look cooked through the whole cookie. I have no idea. The other thing that freaks me out is that the cookies are just on trays in the open air. There is no attempt to have them enclosed or covered. There's obvious issues with that, but it could also explain why sometimes they seem a little dried out. I tried the Whoopie pie one this week, and maybe I should have read what was in it (which I still haven't) and not just watched the reel on IG. It was far less filling than I had hoped for and it just tasted like vanilla frosting. My taste buds were ready for the gooey, marshmallow goodness that I thought would be in the middle and was disappointed.

Came here today and the girl employee closed the store at 7:45pm when supposed to close at 9? Drove so far to get here, very disappointing.

Place is a scam. Lack of supply of supplies, unpaid bills. Employees there are nice but owners are shady!

I think I'd much prefer not paying for parking or for admission! I'm writing this review after attending their Mother's Day weekend preseason festivities. Parking is paid for alongside your admission ticket. It was free on Mother's Day as long as you paid for parking. It wasn't room bad, but the gravel and dirt road isn't friendly, so beware. There are plenty of things to do while at the farm. They have plenty of food and fun things for the lavender festival. The Farm itself has a hotel, sourdough area, perfume class, a matcha room, and two bars you can sit and drink in. I'm giving it the stars that I am because I'm not a fan of their food. Their drinks here are decent, but I feel as though the workers here are burnt out. It's definitely packed on every corner with a lot of people. Even when taking photos with the lavender, it's busy and a bit overwhelming. It is a lovely concept overall, and a nice experience away from the busy city.

We also got to explore the grounds and found some cool shops and the place called The Courtyard. Also got some yummy matcha in the Matcha room. A fun spot for families and kiddos to run around and explore. It's giving Bridgerton vibes.Definitley will be back soon for future events!
