I reached out to her really stressed out and she was exactly what I needed! She listened to what I said about my baby, and how I felt about sleep training and came up with a customized plan that worked well for us that I was comfortable/confident implementing. We stayed in close contact to tweak things as the days went by and I'm so pleased with the outcome. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated Kelsey's approach in regards to listening to my comfort level and temperament of our child without judgment. i felt completely supported throughout the process and confident that what we were doing because the results were quicker than I expected.

My child wasn't even exhibiting signs of anxiety, especially to the point of needing medication. This woman was judgmental, rude, and very unprofessional. she diagnosed my child with a severe learning disability., despite her scores being at an intellectual disability level, according to her because my daughter can understand verbal comprehension, that she was just severely learning disabled in all categories. I am honestly disgusted at the lack of professionalism from this woman, and I highly suggest a different psychologist for your child.

My experience with Eclipse counseling was limited to supervised visitation over a period of 10…read moremonths. The space is very small, but well equiped with toys for children under 10. Her reports tend to be detailed. Her rates are higher than average. I had visits with 6 children. The room was cramped, and we were not allowed to go outside, in spite of having the right to do so according to the court order. Lynn Malbeuf tried to convice me that I should take her class for parents on how to pay attention to everything. Over the course of the visits, I noticed that she was not able to pay attention to everything, even though it was all taking place in front of her and she didn't need to interact; only watch. As a supposedly qualified counselor, she should be familiar with the research that shows that no brain can pay attention to so many things all at once. After noticing that I was being charged more than the agreed-upon rate, matters deteriorated. She accused me of threatening her, canceled visits without reason, and imposed new restrictions on my time with the children. The accuracy of reports deteriorated, and she refused to make corrections. When the matter of continuing supervised visits was addressed in court, Lynn Malbeuf contributed a letter suggesting that I needed to continue supervised visitation, despite a series of reports spanning 3 years in which no supervisor ever raised any problems with my parenting. Lynn Malbeuf fits the classic stereotype of the devouring mother (Carl Jung).

We Well Studios is such a gem in Vancouver! I took the aromatherapy hatha yoga class with Rose and…read morewas blown away. The studio is calm, beautifully designed, and instantly makes you feel grounded. The class itself was the perfect mix of mindful movement and stillness, guided with warmth and clarity. The addition of aromatherapy took the experience to another level--each scent deepened the practice and left me feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated. What I also love is that We Well Studios takes a truly holistic approach to wellness. Beyond yoga, they offer reformer pilates, personal training, massage therapy, counseling, nutrition with a dietician, manual recovery therapies, compression therapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and strength training. It's amazing to have all these services under one roof, and you can tell the team really cares about helping people find balance in body and mind. This isn't just a studio--it's a wellness sanctuary. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge, recover, and feel their best.

We did a mixture of discussions, brainstorming and short mini lectures and relaxation techniques. I recommend the group sessions because it was helpful not to feel alone with, my challenges and became friends with another woman in the sessions. Also, found the counselors who ran the session were knowledgeable and synthetic. Now I am doing my own private sessions. They cost more than the workshops. I went with the second counselor in met. I choose the frequency of my appointments so it is not a package or set number of times. My health plan covered some of the cost. I find that my counselor is really helping me deal with an ongoing family issue. She is professional and we created a plan together. People in my life and colleagues have mentioned that I seem less stressed and I am sleeping better. I am happy to recommend them to others. One thing I will mention is there seems to be a lot of construction around the Broadway building. Sometimes the elevators take a while too.

Not only were the sessions unhelpful, the counsellor was condescending. At one point when I briefly mentioned a past event, she leaned forward, shook her head, and said "and you bringing up the past, how does that help?" I was shocked by her response, and I said, "excuse me?", and she repeated the exact same words. We have since found a much better couples counsellor at another clinic. I would not recommend Jericho counselling.
