I thought they were very good and decided to hire their full services for another move to Spain. What a bad decision....They are great in packing but they are not able to offer a professional service for shipping. Started with estimated delivery time of 2 weeks and ended up in over 6 weeks. I had been chasing them for updates every 3-4 days and they always came up with something. They only contacted me once over email to say that again the service was delayed (as apparently phones were not working....). My advice, go with a professional company for your move. They don't have the resources neither can provide the service that they promise. Disaster.

Fine. Tuesday comes and goes and nobody turns up (I paid extra to have it delivered by 10:30 am too, and not even this was refunded as a matter pf principle). I call them and they said oh ok, we'll deliver it tomorrow then !!!!!!! Anyway, it arrives on Wednesday and after unpacking it, I realized it was wrong for my living room so I phoned them to organize a return. The rug was properly rolled up tightly AND tied with string securely. I was not able to reuse the orignal packaging as this was a very tight plastic wrapping which you could only cut to be able to get the rug out Total con, now that I think about it. Anyway, long story short, they receive it and send me an email saying the rug was loose. soiled and not in sellable condition so I would not be refunded my money. Clearly this was a complete exaggeration AND not our fault given it was impossible to reuse their packaging and the courier must have slightly dirtied the sides. Absolute liars and ridiculous customer service. We called them and an idiot named Paul said to write an email stating the facts and he would speak about it to his manager so we did, only to receive in return a one liner email saying nothing has changed, we won't refund you. We even offered to have the rug cleaned professionally (and believe me, it could have probably been brushed off!) When my partner called to speak to the manager the idiot Paul said he wouldn't pass him the phone nor give him his name!!!!!! What kind of thieving operation is this?????? NEVER buy anything from these bandits.

Quoted us for doing quite a bit of work, and also charging us for doing a lot of investigation. As to what was going on with some of the wiring, only done a quarter of the work. But ended up charging us half the money that he quoted us for, he was very unreliable. He supposed to start the work on the 8th June 2023, contacted me on the 7th June asking if it was okay for him to start on the 9th June. As his partner only gets the occasional time off work, and that she was given the 8th June, and he wanted to spend time with her. During the conversation he tells me that he will work the Saturday 10th June to make up for not starting on the 8th, on the 9th June 2023. After being here for 1 hour tells me that he doesn't like working weekend, and that he will and do has much as he could in that day. To prevent him from working the Saturday 10th, turns up on the 12th June. Managers to complete a full day, get an email @01:45 Tuesday morning, telling me that he can't make on Tuesday 13th as something had cropped up. Get a texted message on Wednesday 14th won't be able to get you till 10:30, because I have got to fill a form out for an electrical charging point. Turns up just after 10:30, couple of hours into the job. It's to hot to work in this weather, and stops work @15:30. Next day Thursday 15th June, gets another text message telling us that he will be with us at lunch time. At 14:30 no sign contacts him via text message telling him to leave turning up, as it was getting too lat. Contacts me back telling me that he needs his tools, so that he could get to another job on Friday. So to rip us off he comments am I coming back to complete the work, I replied back. That I would get back to him in a a day or two, so that we could think things over as to whether we could rely on him completing the work, he then comments could we settle up now with the money. And that he just wanted to make sure that he got paid, I told him not to worry that I will pay him. But he replied I just want to make sure, so he worked out his price and I am sorry the day I ever paid him. Due to that fact of him letting us down so much, he may be okay on smaller jobs whereby he can pick and dues his work. But any big jobs he can't cope with, and this is we're he will let you down. Sorry Paul but you are a waste of space, you just don't like getting your hands dirty.
