DO NOT GO HERE. I scheduled an appointment specifically for an osteopathic adjustment and confirmed with the receptionist that the DO performed this treatment. She placed me on hold, checked with the doctor, and confirmed they did. I paid out of pocket before the visit. When I arrived, the DO told me not only did she not do adjustments, but that they "grossed her out." I was then referred to another DO who attempted the adjustment on an ER bed -- with no proper table -- and repeatedly struck me in the face with his stethoscope during the attempt. It was ineffective, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. He became angry and complained to me about his job. I was charged for both visits and am now being pursued for a second charge I do not owe. I've formally disputed the charge and will be reporting them to state authorities. Be warned. read more

Very poor service. We took our 6 year old into the emergency room with 106 temp at 2:00 am. Were there for 3 1/2 hours. The first thing we asked the doctor to do is test for strep throat. She looked at his throat and said there is no need to do that test but tested EVERYTHING else. Negative on everything. She sent us home and told us to switch between Tylenol and ibuprofen. Fever did not go down. We took our son to our family doctor the next day with 105.7 temp and they checked his throat and said they couldn't see anything but to be on the safe side they tested for strep. Guess what? He was positive for strep throat. They gave us Amoxicillin and fever went away after 2 days. Now we have an $800 bill for emergency services that weren't even provided to my son. I will never go back to Conway Regional. read more

I came in around 4:30pm its now 9:18 and I've seen the doctor once I saw the first nurse twice when she introduced herself and when she did my IV I haven't seen the new nurse which I should have after they did shift change at 6:30pm my blood taken around 4:45 there is no way it's 9:20pm and no one has come in with any results or anything this is insane. The APU is the worst I have EVER been treated. If you want accurate diagnosis and care about your recovery do not come here. I will NEVER go there again. Bridgeway has actual doctors that you actually see every day. Not a different one every day on a computer that you only see for 2 minutes that knows nothing about or your problems that you have to re-explain every day. The nurses are terrible and VERY rude and actually try to make you worse. Highly DO NOT recommend this place. read more

the care from the staff is great. they do provide a lot of services. the problem is the administration. the admin consistently runs away good staff and workers and just continues to hire more admin. top heavy for sure. for example , one of the persons in a management position was kicked out of nursing school for cheating, but is now the manager of several clinics (nurses, NPs, etc). it does not make sense at all. the main concern for them is the AY magazine results...lol...which no one cares...literally... my advice to them would be to quit acting like it's a sorority. it's health care. the medical staff will always be more important than the admin and they are so disconnected they think otherwise read more

I would not recommend, especially if you are a woman or minority. It is probably worth the drive to Little Rock. Recently had gallstones and was grossly mistreated. Went in with unbearable chest pain and vomiting, waited three hours in the ER waiting room. Once a healthcare provider saw me he proceeded to not do the necessary tests, brushed off my pain, and sent me home with a false diagnosis. I was still really sick the next day, horrible vomiting and lingering chest pain so I went to their Hendrix clinic where a nurse clearly did not care and literally asked me "what do you want me to do about it?" I returned to the ER again because the issue was untreated and was almost brushed off again because they assumed the first provider had performed bloodwork. Eventually they figured out it was my gallbladder and sent me home. I ended up having to return to the ER a third time within 12 hours of leaving the second time. The nurses were rude- literally laughing when I was sitting there in crippling pain and told them I needed my gallbladder removed. One of them said "someone wants their gallbladder out!" and they both laughed while I am sitting there in violent pain. Once they actually ran blood tests they saw I was in bad shape and admitted me to the hospital. I ended up needing an additional surgery and a four day hospital stay. One morning I got blood drawn three times because for some reason they could not figure out how to run a blood test. I was told I needed a follow up appointment and they would contact me. I called and left a message after they didn't contact me for two weeks, and have heard absolutely nothing. read more

Me and my family have been dealing with this hospital for many years. The ER has misdiagnosed me more than once and even sent me home with my body in seizure mode because they didn't think to do a simple blood test on me; and it turns out I could have died from their lack of or willingness to simply do their job. I will not be returning here. I will say there are some people that really love this hospital so I guess they are capable I guess it just depends on the circumstances and who you happen to get assigned to. iThe lab personnel did a very bad job. I got a take home test from the diagnostic clinic. I was given no instructions. I called last night. I explained the test and said I got no instruction. I followed the directions given by phone. I returned the test. Instead of telling me then, I got a call about 45 minutes later saying I should have done more. I was given something that I had never seen before and no explained to me what it was, but I was supposed to have filled it, even though it dis not look like a container. I told the person on the person on the phone I could be there in an hour and a half. She did not have the decency to tell me they would be closed. read more

I have been in there to visit people (who I know) that were admitted due to medical problems. The nurses were rude, use profanity to me and yelled at people. One nurse was too busy trying to win an item on Ebay. One person had a heart attack there and the nurse yelled at the family members for no reason. I came here for a toothache clearly their not a dentist but I called my dentist before coming here and told them they told me to come to the emergency room because my appointment isn't until late next week and the fact that my tooth is to the point that I can't bite down and they said there is NOTHING they can do not even give me antibiotics to take down the swelling even though she doesn't see any is very irritating. I will not come here again just to leave and they tell me there is nothing they can do then tell me to take some meds that I just told them wasn't working. read more

My sister has stage 4 cancer and began to very painful during our visit to AR recently. She was zipped back to get an EKG within 5 minutes of entering the ER. The empathetic staff was extremely competent and caring. The doctor diagnosed and alleviated her pain quickly and compassionately. Everyone from technicians and transporters to receptionists and care/insurance coordinators was top-notch. Thank you, Conway Regional Medical Center; we were very impressed. read more

I have no idea if they give good patient care as I haven't seen my 81 year old husband yet but they suck at caring for visitors and family. In the surgical waiting room, they depend on an electronic notice board to keep you informed of your patient's status. My husband was listed as not arrived for 2 1/2 hours even though his procedure had already started. They were also to notify me by phone each step of the way for my husband's surgery, After 2 1/2 hours I was told his surgery was well underway. I received the surgery updates well then he was moved to the recovery room and was to be transferred to ICU. After over an hour, I had to go find a staff member to find out where he was and if he was okay and if I was going to be allowed to see him once he was in ICU. I was told it could be hours before that happened. Then after 7 hours in the waiting room, I discovered the food service was not open to visitors and the vending machines were almost empty and not working unless you just wanted a soda or chips. Even in this pandemic, there is no excuse for not caring about the families. read more

I have been paying about 50 or so dollars a week for about three years now. Now they have sent me a letter in the mail saying with the amount that I owe now which is 700 dollars that the minimum payment is 70 dollars a month. That would not have been a big deal if they had not threatened me by turning me into collections. That was the wrong thing to say to someone that has been paying in a bill for three years now. I told them I will pay the bill off and never be back. I am glad I was not in the hospital for a month and they tried tell me my minimum payment was a grand or so. Long story short, they threatened an honest person that was paying his bills so I do not recommend anyone going to this hospital EVER read more
