Gastro AR decided to charge me a $50.00 no show fee, and I had never even signed any papers or gone to the clinic or even confirmed my appointment. I asked for this fee to be waived as a first-time courtesy, but they denied without even asking someone higher up. Needless to say, I do not want to do business of any kind with this type of facility. Do better. Things happen. We are real people with real lives and with real problems.

Once the doctor is done, we wait another 15 minutes to get paperwork to check out. Then wait another 30 minutes for a blood draw. When will the patient's time be respected? Had to remind the doctor of tests already performed. Very unprofessional medical practice.

One year ago, my sister-in-law requested that Dr. Benjamin perform a simple scope procedure as my brother had lost over 100 pounds. The doctor would not do it and instead said he had food allergies. The family physician saw him this past Friday, immediately admitted him to the hospital, and found the family a great surgeon. This so-called gastroenterologist should not be allowed to practice. My brother was wasting away and this doctor would not perform a simple procedure- my brother and sister-in-law have been through hell the last year- thank you, Dr. Benjamin, for NOTHING!!!
