I have to agree with the previous reviewer. Dr. McBay has all of the attributes you would hope for…read morein a physician--a true humanitarian care for his patients and helping them--however, a good doctor needs a good staff and one bad apple can ruin a practice and there are, unfortunately, two here who are using and manipulating the political incorrectence of firing them for incompetence to drive patients away from a good doctor. People should be judged on the basis of merit and competence and these two have neither and, I believe, make the rest of the staff--and patients--miserable with their incompetence and behavior. If you don't mind sitting in the waiting room for 1 - 1 1/2 hours when you get there before being seen or having to deal with either one of these people who ought to be fired, but know everyone is too afraid to fire them (which is ridiculous but a fact in this country) because they are simply impossible to deal with and cover for each other, so you simply cannot get through most times to the rest of the staff who are competent, adept at solving the problems created by these two and perfectly lovely to deal with, then don't waste your time and look elsewhere for a primary care physician, because it will affect your health. Sorry, Dr. McBay!
