Referred to her, of course! She honest, friendly, funny and has an awesome staff! You can feel very vulnerable when it comes to your teeth and problems. Of course you need the problem resolved quickly and you are at the mercy of your dentist. That is the most impressive thing about this dentist. We expect them to recreate the best version they can of our former selves. If a dentist does not allow you to explain what your expectations are, then you should leave. It's been such a while since the last time I went to a dentist. I allowed myself to forget the general mentality most dentist have. If you are unhappy with a denture or partial, they make. It is your fault and not the dentist who made it. I had a temporary denture made here that was (3xs) larger than my mouth. I've tried different glues, but nothing will hold the denture in place. It falls out of my mouth each time because it is too large. When I called the dentist office to say, "I was not going to keep it and wanted to bring it back". The receptionist was untruthful about several things. Dr. Fulmer called me and accused me of saying things I had not said. He did not care that he designs a denture I could not use. The receptionist asked me "If I were going to pay for the denture"? I asked he "Would she pay for something she could not use"? Sure, let me just throw money away and walk around without a denture because it was so poorly made. This is not the dentist you want to use to do any type of cosmetic work on your mouth. I am so glad I figured this out before I proceeded to have permanent teeth put in place.

I haven't had a visit in over 4 years so I naturally assumed my visit would consist of a full assault on my mouth and a laundry list of poor findings. Madison handled my cleaning and though there was some discomfort involved as there always is with a thorough cleaning, especially after a 4 year dental hiatus, she was very friendly and professional. She definitely made my experience more palatable. My last hygienist was an absolute savage and didn't have much finesse when it came to finding that line between causing discomfort and providing a thorough cleaning. Madison was spot on and has a perfect bedside manor. All the staff here were great and even though all were wearing masks I could tell were sporting smiles underneath.
