They decided to refuse to refill when I was going on vacation and was told if I had issues that I should go to an ER .... This same situation played out with my wife before she switched. Another time I asked for newer medications that worked faster than others in the past.... I was basically accused of being a pill seeker. The girl working in the 'lab' , or, I should say, playing on her phone till someone finally needs her for something, was absolutely uneducated and unaware of the simplest things, and mean and defensive about it. The nurse just did the bare minimum and didn't seem to care to find out what the real cause or best treatment would be, so of course the infection never went away; when I tried to follow up I found she'd moved on to her next job; the doctor I saw merely for a referral to a specialist charged me for services unbillable to insurance, and so I've been getting bills for months for what should've been a simple $10 copay visit. Also trying to make an appointment for this place is always a big drama, with the phone staff confused and giving out the wrong information.
