The equipment is well maintained, it's clean, machine converting bills to coins, machines also take credit cards, my clothes were cleaned and dried without incident. There is plenty of chairs and a picnic table, folding stations, laundry soap machines, bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Free WiFi Internet while you wait. Smells clean. Overall it was a great experience and I appreciate the owner who has pride of ownership and keeps a tight ship. I'm not recommending driving 50 miles to go here but if you do, I assure you will enjoy the beautiful country views of this part of Arkansas. I went again this week and there was a mishap with the men's bathroom, but I don't penalize my review for it. Some knucklehead wasn't polite. Notified the owner and received a quick friendly response from the gentleman. If I'm still in the area (50 miles) I'll be back! In closing I'll say that my initial impression is that if everyone cared about everything like this owner does for this business we all would be living in a better world.

Even when I knocked over my water container and we mopped the floor. Large washer, $4.50, dryers were .50 cents to start and you could add quarters. Clothes were clean and completely dry. The location is easy to access, very clean and they take quarters. I will not use a place that takes tokens, since I very rarely use the same place twice.

She greeted me as I walked in the door and walked me thru everything, even picked up quarters I had dropped. She checked on me several times and wished me good bye when I was finished. Two dryers stopped right away and gave error messages, one blew only cold air and after I opened and restarted it, it stopped working, and the last never started at all. FYI -- you have to put a minium of $1.50 in to get a dryer to even start. I wanted to leave a written notice of what had happened but the box for doing that has been removed. I called next day and after, but no-one answered. Reached out to corporate office via their website; no response. Reached out via Messenger with details, dryer numbers, photos, and even a description of myself and what I was wearing (in case they wanted to look at video). So I jumped through multiple hoops and was told they would mail refund. It has been eight days and no refund. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The attendant a black girl in her 20s was really rude to me, I was like sorry im bleeding heavily i apologised and she just immediately went into the restroom and started spraying down the toilet and mopping the floor. i wasn't done useing the restroom i needed to change clothes so while she was hurrly cleaning the restroom I ended up having to use the mens restroom for changeing my clothes.
